DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM! I ordered a ring that my son picked out, and I was sent an empty box. Go to a jeweler instead and don’t get ripped off. I don’t know how this company even stays in business. Sad.

For me the experience couldn't have been better. I made not 1 but 2 mistakes when I bought my ring. I was off a half size on the ring and I made a typo on the engraving (free btw). I reached out to explain how I screwed up. Quickly and with no questions asked they hooked me up with the correct ring. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service! I purchased a ring that unfortunately didn’t fit, and after contacting customer service they immediately offered to send out the correct size free of charge. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely hassle free. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their customers like this. Really appreciate the excellent service and would happily purchase from them again!

1000/10 Love the ring and their services! My husband got so many compliments on it. Thank you sm Gentlebands!!

I ordered a ring for my husband, and it was delivered promptly and was just as advertised, a beautiful, high quality ring! Unfortunately we didn't measure correctly and it was too big. I contacted them and they immediately responded that they would replace it, even though it was our fault! Exceptional service and product, highly recommend.

This was one of the worst customer services I have ever gone through. My fiancé and I ordered a few different rings from various sites to make sure the one he choose he really liked and fit him well. When we had picked one out from gentlebands to try it was stated very clearly on their site that they had "free returns no questions asked." After we tried the rings we ended up going with a different ring company and I reached out to customer service and all they did was offer to have the mm size changed or to exchange the ring. I explained that we just were wanting to have our free return and they said that because I didn't like the ring I had to pay for my own return. So I ended up paying over $16 for a small ring to be returned to a company that advertised free shipping. The ring itself was great just not what we wanted, but don't buy from them unless you want to pay for the return or are 100% sure this is the ring you want.

I purchased a ring from them. In the description it said the materials in the ring were from the teton mountain area. When it shipped i wasn't given tracking information. I wrote back and forth with customer service multiple times trying to cancel the order bc it was shipping from China. They kept pushing me off and sent the ring anyway and haven't refunded my money. I emailed trying to get information to return it and they will not respond. The ring looks nothing like what was in the picture and the inscription is cut off. This is completely false advertising. So I spent $450 on something made cheap in China. If that's what i wanted I'd order from temu. Do not buy from this company.

I bought my Husband’s first wedding band back in August of last year for our wedding. Had him fitted at a local jewelry store. I went with the size they said. Got his ring in a very timely manner. We were blown away with the craftsmanship and quality of it. He got the Song Writer because he loves and plays music. Well it was a little big for him. So I settled for a silicone ring for a while. Then I remembered that they have a warranty on their products. I emailed the company and they were very quick and happy to respond! They ended up sending us a sizer so we could make sure this was correct! We went a size down, received the new ring in a week!! That’s right, a week!! And let me tell you it’s gorgeous, he loves it also. Now he can feel confident wearing it, without worrying about losing it. Customer service here is top notch. They are always willing to help and very pleasant. We will continue to purchase through them! Maybe anniversary gifts or just another beautiful ring for him to have. Thank y’all so much for the gorgeous craftsmanship and quality you provided.
