They promised me a ring in 45 days, it’s been 64 and no refund. My wedding was a week ago, the request was August 21. No ring for my WEDDING. Customer service is a joke. I have email receipts and shared on their instagram in comments.

SCAMMMM. Ordered a ring for my honey the beginning of July. I tried to track it. "USPS Awaiting Item for the longest time. So, I emailed the support person Sarah. That person said apologies we will send another email with an updated tracking and remanufacture the ring free of charge because "it's the right thing to do". Days later I still never received an email. So, I emailed them again. they then send me a bogus tracking number with the same message, "USPS Awaiting Item". so sad that it was a waste of time. I will now be ordering from another website. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LIKE I DID!!!

Ordered a ring from them took over 30 days to get it, then was just thrown into a metal box with nothing to protect it, no padding or soft material, just the ring in a tin box. Emailed their customer support team on their website and was told multiple times that i need to reconsider and choose a different ring instead of a full refund i asked for SEVERAL times. The ring I got was not the right size or the right mm in width. The shipping on the website says 5-9 days but took an entire month to receive it. The ring is cheaply made and the "free engraving" is just scratching on the ring, not really engraved. AVOID!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

This company is basically a fraud. I only ordered as the product was endorsed by Articulate Design ASMR who appears genuine and highly credible, which is more than can be said for Gentlebands. The company is based in China but tries to claim it is U.S. based. I ordered on 15 June and almost immediately received an email stating the ring I had ordered would take 30 days, with a whole load of hype about it being individually crafted using rare materials that needed to be sourced. Immediate red flag. 35 days passed, no word. I contact customer services which is only possible via email. After a series of vert clearly AI generated messages which again made apologies without addressing my queries and reiterated that their "craftsmen " took pride in their work to produce an exceptional ans unique piece, they offered to send me a different ring which was immediately available. I stated I wanted the ring I had ordered . At which point I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. When I wrote back and stated that I had never asked for a refund but only wanted the ring that I had ordered, I received another email stating that the email had been sent by mistake and my order was being prepared. Having stated multiple time that my order was taking Ionger than expected due to the unique design ( I hasten to add this was simply a ring advertised on their site, nothing bespoke) they suddenly turned around and sent an email saying it had been shipped. 10 days later and I have received nothing. I am fortunate in that I have the ability to ascertain the whereabouts of this company. I will be taking legal action against them in order that they will have to cease trading. They're a bunch of charlatans and think they're very clever in fooling people that they are a legitimate US company. They are not. They are based in China and their designs are also not their own. The materials they claim to use are also entirely misrepresented. Save yourself the money and spend elsewhere. There are plenty of legitimate businesses on Etsy who do what they say, with the materials they advertise.

If I could give zero stars I would. This shop unfortunately admitted to me they are not a handmade company based in USA. I ordered a ring on 7/6/26. They gave me a shipping label that was somehow marked Elk Grove, Illinois on the USPS website and says it was picked up by a shipping partner and USPS is awaiting the package. I checked back in with them a week later as there had been no movement. They immediately said “sorry for the wait, we’re sending you another ring now,” which was a red flag since they were supposed to be handcrafted high quality rings. Another week goes by and I reach out to customer service again, a little more pushy this time, and get told my first package is stuck in customs and my replacement package (which I have no shipping information for) just “landed in your country.” I asked them how that makes any sense since they are an American based company and the response was “we have many warehouses and use whichever one is closest to your shipping address.” Lol what?! I attempted to call a customer service number I found for them and of course it was not connected to anything. I started reading reviews and noticed people saying the same thing about this company being questionable. So I emailed again and told them at this point I would like to just refund my purchase and go buy my husband a nice band elsewhere. I went back and forth with them and ultimately had to threaten to go through fraud at my bank, and at that point they responded asking me to please not do that and refunded my money. I was able to find a wonderful company on Etsy with 22.2k orders placed and all 5 star reviews. The little shops name was Colorado bands. I found a great ring that arrived in 5 days and was even better in person. Just letting everyone know who is looking for something better after being scammed by this company.

My fiancé and I ordered a ring from here and it didn't turn out as expected, it wasn't the size we ordered and didn't look like the photo advertised. We emailed the to return it and they gave us a really hard time. The keep telling use to exchange it with another one of theirs but we consistently told him no in multiple emails After the back-and-forth emails we finally got a refund We did end up finding the real ring on a different website, the band design didn't belong to gentle bands! We wouldn't recommend get your ring from gentle bands

I wanted to leave an honest review because my experience has been very different from what was advertised. If you think you have the opportunity for a hassle free return, think again. It has been one of the worst processes ever. They will battle you over it. They simply do not care. The website promotes "Free Returns" and "Hassle-Free Returns," but that has not been my experience at all. Instead of providing a prepaid return label or a simple return process, I was instructed to purchase my own shipping, pay for tracking, provide my own packaging, and arrange the return myself before a refund would even be considered. I had to fight through many many emails to get to this point. To me, that is neither "free" nor "hassle-free." Those claims were a major factor in my decision to purchase, and the actual return process has been disappointing. Think twice before going with a brand like this. Sketchy, drop shipping, does not intend on helping you.

My wedding is November 2026. I ordered a ring 12/2025. I was told it would take 60 days. I checked in at that time and they said 20 more. I recorded my ring 4/2026. It needed to be resized. I’m glad they offered to resize without sending back the one I received. I was told it was take 45 days. I checked in at that time and was told it would take 20 more. I checked in again and didn’t receive an update. Asked for a timeline and could not be provided one. Ended up canceling and requesting a refund for my order as my wedding is in 4 months and I now have no ring after ordering almost a year in advance.
