gentlebands.comReviews of gentlebands.com

I had ordered a ring in 2021 from another website with wood and tungsten. This year it broke, so I was looking for a replacement. I ordered a ring from gentlebands that looked almost identical to his first ring. I was worried when I saw shipping from china, but it arrived looking exactly as pictured, and fit him perfectly. I don’t expect it to last forever, but I’m happy there is a lifetime warranty, incase the wood ends up separating from the ring (as his one from northern royal did).

Okay! I am giving them a 4 star rating because shipping took forever. To be honest with you I felt confident and after ordering the ring, but then I never seen any confirmation through my email regarding an order number or tracking number so then I thought this was a scam after reading manyyyy reviews. Seems fishy at first then I finally received my ring! Gentlebands.com is legit company. I love my future husbands ring! Thank you gentle bands! Sorry for doubting you.

I found this website while looking for a ring for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I immediately loved the unique designs and decided to get the Acadia ring because it had my birthstone in it (opal). After purchasing it I received and email immediately saying that I would receive updates during the making and shipping process of my ring. I received one email a day later saying they were currently engraving my ring and it would be done in 3 business days. 5 days passed and no update. So I tried to email them…it said their email did not exist. So I messaged them on instagram and in their chat box on the website. Someone responded to my inquiry from their chat box in an email apologizing saying they would send the the package number and tracking information (they did). I felt a little more at ease after that, but still nervous I got scammed due to bad reviews online. But here we are!! About 2 weeks after I ordered it, it has arrived. Packaging was decent and the ring “box” is pretty nice. The ring seems real, has a good weight and quality. I honestly was very scared it was a fake website, but I can say with relief the ring is very nice and my boyfriend better love it. There’s nothing to worry about with them as long as you talk to them through the chat option ON the website and put in your email where you can talk to a real person on their team. Whereas if you try and email THEM it will not work (not sure why)

Had to order three times to get my correct ring size which was my fault as I'm not used to wearing rings, however, quickly replaced with a different size everytime. I've read some negative reviews about scams and I am skeptical that they don't require I send the product back first, however, my fiance and I love the ring and I cannot fault the service

The rings came quickly within a few days (from China to Europe) and they looked like on the picture. The style was just not right for my fiancé’s bone structure so we want something different. I sent an email asking for a refund and had to repeat that question 3 times + become very assertive before they helped me. The initial replies came quickly but each time was the below message with one or two sentences modified. ”I'm sorry to hear that you have decided to request a refund. But please reconsider, we are very eager to provide you with the ring you want. Our exchange service is very convenient. You can visit our website, choose the ring style you want to exchange, and tell me the style and size you need to exchange. I will update your order information immediately and send out a new ring as soon as possible. At the same time, you do not need to pay any price difference. If there is any difference, we will compensate to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not sure what kind of ring you like, I can also provide you with some advice to help you find the perfect choice. We sincerely hope that you can reconsider your choice of changing the style and look forward to your reply. If you need any help or have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. I will do my best to provide you with support and services. Thank you again for your support and cooperation! Wishing you a wonderful day!” After I became openly angry and wrote a review my request was honored and the refund was processed in one day. All is well if the end is well, but I have had more pleasant shopping experiences. For a consumer in the EU, used to refund requests being honored immediately and without questions, I think that it’s sufficient to ask once to reconsider

The delivery took much longer than expected as we did not realize it was drop-shipped from China. They were responsive when asked about the tracking. The ring was beautiful and exactly what we ordered on receipt, however, it is too big and therefore un-wearable. We have received a helpful response from them and they have indicated they will replace the ring re-sized as needed, which we are pleased with as we do love the ring.

Ordered the ring then read some negative reviews and was immediately sceptical BUT was pleasantly surprised when the ring arrived. Nicely finished, perfect size and well priced. I don't know how much gold it contains but to be honest at the price I'm not too bothered as its really comfortable and looks great

I got two rings from this company not that long ago, one in gold and the other one with some craftsmanship - black with some beautiful stones inside. I have them for about 2 months now wearing them nearly everyday. The gold one shows some signs of wear which is not that great but then again I used it while I'm doing all sorts of activities even in water. But the other one is perfect still. Overall I give it a 4... I think the packaging could be a bit better too.
