I bought a wedding band for myself and ended up losing it shortly after getting it. I have a silicone ring I wear at work which then became my full-time ring because I didn't want to buy another metal ring. I finally contacted their support and asked if I could buy a replacement ring. They said they would cover the ring and shipping free of charge! I wasn't expecting that and was willing to pay for a new ring. This company has amazing product that won't break the bank and incredible customer service. Highly recommend this company!

Got my wedding ring from Gentlebands - I must have measured my finger slightly wrong as I was half a size out. Still, I messaged the team, I got a very quick and helpful response and within a week I had a repalcement ring which fit perfectly. Looks fantastic - I'm so happy with it and I know other people seem to have had not so great experiences but for me personally, from purchase to now - I have been incredibly happy and would recommend to friends and family. Love my ring and have had many comments from people saying how much they like it.

My fiancé and I are very satisfied with Gentlebands. The quality of the rings is superb. We needed to switch sizes, and they were super fast to send the new ones. Communication with them has been easy, and they answer very quickly

Fantastic ring quality and customer service! We ordered a ring for my fiance. We got the ring engraved and made the most of a 20% discount advertised on their website. The ring arrived within 10days exactly as described and pictured. The quality was great. Unfortunately my partner didn't feel the ring suited him. We reached out to the customer service team to order a second ring. Sarah from the customer service team arranged for the new ring to be sent (same size and engraving). Again, the ring arrived within 10days, perfect quality. Both myself and my partner love the new ring. Despite the second ring being slightly more expensive we didn't pay any money for the second ring. I've never received such great customer service! They really put the customer experience first. The courier updates were a little confusing - however this is a different company (managed by In Post).

Ordered on a Wednesday with expedited shipping and got it on Saturday. It’s exactly what we wanted and beautiful. Customer service A+++

I am very happy with my purchase! It was really cool to find a ring that was made from materials that are unlike other rings. I actually have 2 sons, one obsessed with dinosaurs and one obsessed with space so to find a ring made with dinosaur fossils and meteorite was perfect. And I’m super happy with the customer service. I guess the ring size for my husband and was like half a size off. They sent me a new ring for free and even let me keep the old one! And it was sent out like the next day! Thank you Gentle Bands! Gentlebands is amazing!! I got the size wrong for our first wedding ring for my husband, and they sent us a ring sizer for free. My husband works with his hands, so the correct sized ring they sent us the next time broke after a year. We had ordered one with the whiskey barrel inlay, so when we reordered the next ring we went with titanium. Again, all of this was free after our first purchase! The customer service has been lovely, 10/10 would recommend. The craftsmanship is beautiful.

First off my experience with customer has been second to none, Sarah and team were very supportive and customer focused. I had ordered two rings, made a mistake ordering one too small, they address the issue and fix my mistake. Quality of the rings was as expected, fit and finish was exceptionally well done.
