Order#207530 - Need to Exchange - No response
First, let me preface by saying, we love the ring and the quality as my fiance is sensitive to some metals. However, ordering the wrong size was my error. We need the ring to be a 7.5. (seven and a half). Unfortunately, I have made several attempts via email to contact your company to exchange the ring I purchased for my fiance with no response. I have checked my spam and promotion folders in Google as some emails get directed there. After reading reviews on Trustpilot, that seems to be the only way to get a response from your company. Again, we love the ring, we just need to exchange it for a bigger size. **Should I actually receive a response from your company and have a good customer experience, I could always amend this review but as of now, the jury is out.

Not a Scam but false advertising
Not a Scam but false advertising: Not in Seatle and not in Manchester. Made and shipped from China. When i was aware of this i told them i wanted my money back and they paid me back right away. They still shipped the ring. Not the quality shown on their website. Bad quality.

Be Replacement Ring
I've always wanted tungsten ring and it just happens so that my old wedding band did not fit anymore so I had my wife pick out this ring. I love the feel for it, the design is minimal (which I also liked) and it fits perfectly!
