My fiancé and I ordered a ring from here and it didn't turn out as expected, it wasn't the size we ordered and didn't look like the photo advertised. We emailed the to return it and they gave us a really hard time. The keep telling use to exchange it with another one of theirs but we consistently told him no in multiple emails After the back-and-forth emails we finally got a refund We did end up finding the real ring on a different website, the band design didn't belong to gentle bands! We wouldn't recommend get your ring from gentle bands

I had a five star experience with Gentlebands from start to finish. I ordered at the last minute and paid for expedited shipping because I had to have the ring in time for my anniversary. When I contacted Gentlebands to check on the shipping status, I received a prompt, professional reply telling me exactly when I could expect my order. The ring arrived a day early, and it was even prettier in person than it was on the website. My husband loves it.

I wanted to leave an honest review because my experience has been very different from what was advertised. If you think you have the opportunity for a hassle free return, think again. It has been one of the worst processes ever. They will battle you over it. They simply do not care. The website promotes "Free Returns" and "Hassle-Free Returns," but that has not been my experience at all. Instead of providing a prepaid return label or a simple return process, I was instructed to purchase my own shipping, pay for tracking, provide my own packaging, and arrange the return myself before a refund would even be considered. I had to fight through many many emails to get to this point. To me, that is neither "free" nor "hassle-free." Those claims were a major factor in my decision to purchase, and the actual return process has been disappointing. Think twice before going with a brand like this. Sketchy, drop shipping, does not intend on helping you.

My wedding is November 2026. I ordered a ring 12/2025. I was told it would take 60 days. I checked in at that time and they said 20 more. I recorded my ring 4/2026. It needed to be resized. I’m glad they offered to resize without sending back the one I received. I was told it was take 45 days. I checked in at that time and was told it would take 20 more. I checked in again and didn’t receive an update. Asked for a timeline and could not be provided one. Ended up canceling and requesting a refund for my order as my wedding is in 4 months and I now have no ring after ordering almost a year in advance.

First I paid for 2-3 day shipping. That was a lie. I just paid an extra $15 ish for it to come on a normal speed. Second, there is no “artisan” making the rings. They come from hongkong… save yourself the wait and go to a jeweller

If I could I would leave no stars. The ring I bought was not durable enough to with The first time trying it on and taking it off. It broke in my mans hand when he went to take it off.

Without reading any reviews, I paid for a ring with the option of getting the sizing thing sent to me first. (It was basically a removable zip tie with numbers on it. It was accurate, arrived in nice packaging and on time). Later, I read the reviews and decided not to get my ring from them since there were some quality complaints. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 3-7 business days. Between May 19 and June 10, I emailed them 6 times about the refund. Each time they lied about it processing in 7-10 business days. My final email let them know I was going to take legal action. It took only 2 calendar days for the funds to hit my account after that. Ridiculous.
