If I can give this dealership 0 stars I would. At a Honda dealership, It was brought to my attention that my vehicle had 2 different VIN numbers (the vin number sticker on the door did not match the vin number on the front window of the vehicle). The Honda dealership wasn't accepting the car like this so I visited this dealership since this was where I purchased the car. What did they do? Provide excuses about how this wasn't their fault, it's a manufacturer error, etc, etc. One of their employees even implied if I had stolen my car...lol. And the manager there, which was my sales person 5 years ago, was aware of the situation and was MIA the whole time when I was at the dealership. Supposedly, they sent a picture of the 2 different vin numbers to GM Motors... this was 2 weeks ago and I'm yet to hear from them. The workers at this Chevrolet are all pathetic.

Latosha ext 5912611
I spoke with Latosha at ext 5912611. One of our Service Advisors has spoken with several representatives over 2 months and no has given us the level of service Latosha displayed today. I took over trying to get the information for our SA and I finally connected with Latosha today. She was tenacious with getting me the information I need today to continue giving the great service our customer has come to expect from Parkway. We have been chasing down a transmission ordered since January and today was the first day someone actually took ownership of the problem and got us a solution. Thank you Latosha for all of your help today.

I fear for my S.
I fear for my safety
Tedd Britt Chevrolet (Sterling, VA) and General Motors has given me the run around. They have shown gross negligence by refusing to replace my newly purchased 2020 Silverado 1500. I have been tossed around from manager to manager, from advisor to advisor. Nobody wants to be the one caught with the customer (me) in a potential lawsuit:
I have put less than 15,000 miles on the vehicle, hardly owned six months. First owner. The vehicle has been in FIVE TIMES for various electrical issues including brake system failures (x3), and most recently the vehicle shut off while I was traveling +60mph. I fear for my safety. See attached invoice photos.
Their staff sees you as a number - a price tag. Their “Customer Experience Manager” did not even look at me, he talked over me, and downright refused to help me - would not even give me the customer service phone number. He said it was not his problem. Incredible.
Don’t waste your time, or your safety. Buy a Ford.

I have had a claim open with GM for my camaro regarding the transmission.
I have had a claim open with GM for over 3 months and have had THE WORST experience ever.
Phone calls consistently not returned, and when they are, they have the excuse they are short staffed on the holidays. It's now almost March...
I've gotten no where with them and purchased a new camaro. The transmission had to be replaced within 30 days of owning this car.
I would not recommend buying a car from them.

My 2018 escalade with 30k miles had the sensor fall out on the front bumper. The vehicle is perfect, not a mark anywhere. I took it to Cadillac Las Vegas West and was told that it happened because of a car wash. Amazing, it is so delicate that you can not run it through a car wash? They charged me 500 dollars to fix something that was clearly a defect. Since then I talked to a fleet manager for a rental company and he said many of them are doing that and it is clearly a defect that GM is denying. What good is a warranty if they can just say it is not a defect anytime they don't feel like fixing it. Total nonsense.

I purchased a GMC Sierra
I purchased a GMC Sierra. 2013 SLE, one owner with 80,000 miles. I've had this truck for little over a year. Regularly scheduled oil changes and have even had a tune up done. One day last week I was driving the truck and the engine begin to tick. I took the truck
k to my local mechanic where he said what everyone else has said, the motor is junk. I have a lifter ticking as well as a rod broken. The engine is toast and GM is telling me that I have to move a vehicle that is not drivable to a GM dealer, unbelievable. GM customer service immediately asks for the vin number so that they can look and immediately remove all fault from GM and place the blame on the customer. They. will immediately tell the customer that its an out of pocket expense. Out of the first fifteen thousand reviews all fifteen thousand stated the same issue and concern with the GM motor and GM until this day 10/24/2020 has still done nothing to correct the engine problem. Even during this time of the pandemic era GM is still denying any blame or fault. I drive 68 miles daily to and from work. How am I supposed to make it to work now. GM hasn't even mentioned a loner or any assistance with the cost of the repair. I still have 17,000+ and 3 years left to pay on this truck and what does GM say? they say sorry its an out of pocket expense. I at one point loved and respected the GM company. At this point I will never think of buying another GM vehicle. And out of all the money that I have put in to my truck is now a complete loss. And do you know what GM says, they say its an out of pocket expense. There is no loyalty or any customer concern when it comes to the GM company. And then they put these people over the phone that sit in a call center all day and rehearse and practice their response to questions asked by the customers, You would expect the foreign companies to be the ones that take advantage of the American customers, but it GM an American company taking advantage of the American people, Americans taking advantage of Americans. isn't that what Americans do to each other. And then the representative tells me to take it to a GM dealer so they can communicate with the dealer one on one. And then mentions a loner car. But they are alo telling me that its an out of pocket repair, so whos going to pay for the loner? I guess I will be the one paying for the loner also right. These representatives are hired and trained purely for what wages they can be payed and not questioned. Almost the same as working in a sweat shop. I can hire people to answer the phones for me at a rate of one dollar an hour, I've done the research. GM may seem as though they are a reputable company to do business with, but they are not. The main concern of GM is the timely production and sale of their products. Once the vehicle leaves the dealer its an automatic out of pocket expense for the customer.
