I Got 2016 GMC Yukon XL and got recall for Vacuum pump, which I already spent 934.86 to the dealer to fix it at 54,877 mileage. I filled the customer reimbursement form with the receipt by the time. but did not see a penny.

I had 49,500 miles on my Chevy Silverado and had a catastrophic engine failure. A lifter collapsed and damaged the camshaft when I took off from a streetlight. No engine should fail with less than 50,000 miles on it. GM offered to py 10% of the repair costs whic is inadequate gicen this engine is obviously a lemon and is unreliable from the factory. Taking a several thousand dollar loss and going back to Toyota. I should have never strayed from Toyota. Because GM dis not stand behind their defective engine, I also sold my Tahoe and purchased a Tacoma. I was also able to convince a family member to not to purchase a Corvette. I will also work to convince as many people as I can to not purchase a GM product.

I bought a Buick Enclave , after 6k miles the seat is discolored from clothing !! A nightmare dealing with Buick and refused , said it’s not their fault and warranty does not cover ! I will never buy another GM vehicle again ! They are junk ! Buy American? Really? Then make good products! I own 3 Cadillacs and this is how I get treated ??!

BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 21 YUKON SLT, FAILED PART FIRST 2 WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP CAR WENT BACK TO THE DEALER FOR ALMOST A MONTH. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE A GM SIMPLY BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER IS EXTREMELY POOR AND THE CARS ARE CHEAPLY MADE

Instead of manipulation (eg consumer reports involvement) they should better improve their BEV cars. But since they can't compete they decided to attack Tesla instead of doing their homework. I hope they are bankrupt soon. Would be very well deserved!

I always was raised that GM was the better product and Ford was the worst. Well that has turned completely around my parents who had one 2017 malibu that spent the first year in a garage trying to figure out the problem than in their driveway and still not figure out why the brakes would lock up among other things. The last chevy truck my father owned was barely used and bought with very low miles then one day it goes into gear but doesn't move after that. It didn't have barely 60,000 miles and i think thats even on the high side. I myself bought a 2011 Acadia completely mint! Its from florida one owner and an older couple who gave me literally a novel on every thing that was done to this car. I bought and legalized it drove it 10 minutes and its dead, it had 139,000 miles but I have other older Ford cars/trucks with almost double that hadn't even had the service this car did! If I can spend big bucks for a new motor it would be a great car! But because they messed with a normal motor and tried to make it better by saving gas while idling..When it comes down to it they probably costed me 100x the amount that would cost me to idle for a minute in traffic versus replacing a motor and etc. costs!!! How GM does't have to fix this problem is absolutely crazy! If your trying something new don't expect your loyal customers to pay for your mistakes! That's on you!!! From this day forward I finally agree with my father who used to be a chevy man and raced stock racecars and drag racing cars and parts!! I have a strong feeling he won't be any longer. He's bought a mustang and absolutely loves it!! FORD 100% we actually own 3 fords 2001-2005 all running with little problems 2 gm products 2008-2011 neither run and actually i have never got to use them because you suck and until you can fix the wrongs you made and not leave it up to people who had been loyal customers for many decades! DO NOT BUY GM UNTIL THEY CAN MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES!! may have just bought something from china......FORD has not done their employees wrong or very many customers. I honestly hear more everyday on complaints on chevys and gm products then ford, dodge, toyota and every other make at this point!!

Sell cars. Service cars. Stay out of politics. What does Michigan voting rights have to do with General Motors selling and servicing cars? Nothing. Thank you for helping me decide who I won’t be doing business with.
