It's just unbelievable to me that there is no lead way hardly at all if a person has a financial crisis, is disabled and a senior. I bought my car through GM Financial while I had a job. They take a lot of interest monthly. Recently I lost my job, my food stamps were cut and I'm drowning in panic attacks and worry all the time. I could delay my payment for a charge of about $79 per month, up to 2 months. It all seems so ridiculous that a rich company like GM can't safeguard seniors and disabled. It feels like as long as they are making big money and thriving then noone else matters. Once I'm through with this, I will go out of my way to never use GM again. I can't return my car or trade it in for something shoddy so I can have lower payments. It's all I have for my morale and that will break my spirit even more.

This was our third Chevy, and unfortunately it will be our last, our car was brought to the dealer three times, and they were not able to fix the problem. The third time we had to get a rental, but the dealer does not have cars on the lot so we had to rent one, they said we could rent a car for 45.00 a day, we had the rental for about a week, and the bill came to $440.00, we faxed the bill over to Gm, it took over a month to get the reimbursement check, they sent us a check for $308.00, I called gm left a message for our representative, who took two days to call us back. She said that was the maximum payment we were allowed, and they do not cover, any taxes that were due. So my complaint is our car was next fixed, awful customer service! We are very disappointed with General Motors.

Bought a 2017 Silverado and a couple months after purchasing it I had a really hard shift issue with my transmission. I found GM was aware of these issues but the dealers were telling me no check engine light no issues. I’ve had it looked at 3 times and last time they replaced the transmission temperature sensor and the truck wasn’t showing a code. They replaced something that didn’t need replaced to try and avoid me so they wouldn’t have to replace transmission. Warranty has expired and now they want nothing to do with me. GM has really let their loyal customers down and my next vehicle won’t be a GM product.
