Went to these guys looking for a washing machine,very helpful and even arranged delivery for the same day,bearing in mind it was mid afternoon,so far can’t fault them,washing machine works perfectly

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GENERAL ELECTRIC PERIOD... ITS JUNK AND DOES NOT WORK. AFTER SPENDING WELL OVER $2,000.00. ONLY HAVE THE WASHER AND DRYER FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. ITS BEEN SERVICED 4 TIME AND IT NEEDS SERVICED AGAIN. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING GENENAL ELECTIC ESPECIALLY THE PROFILES GE WASHER AND DRYER. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO REPLACE MY SET A BOUGHT WITH A NEW SET THAT WORKS. BUT NO, I HAVE TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY MAT. WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE CEO OF GENERAL ELECTRIC BECAUSE I WOULD LOVE TO GET THE BROKEN WASHER AND DRYER OUT OF MY HOUSE AND PUT THEM IN HIS HOUSE TO SEE HOW HE LIKES BEING ROBBED OF HARD WORKING MONEY........ RIP OFF DO NOT BUY PERIOD............ SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I AM GOING ON EVERY SITE I CAN AND WRITTING A TERRIBLE REVIEW ABOUT GENERAL ELECTRIC UNTIL THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT.. bought a GE2.3 cu. ft. Washer 4.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer Combo in White from home depot... first one was damaged.... bought another one installed this weekend... and did not work/defective water valve.. it is for one of my short term rentals ... 5 hours from my house. pain in the butt.

May of 2024 I mived into my new house with all GE appliances the refrigerator ice machine does not work after spend hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone I finally got through they came out and could not fix it sonthey replaced the whole ice machine. It's May 10 2024 and my ice machine still does not work and I been on hold again for over 4 hours the first 2 hours they hung up on me and it's 2 hours again and I'm still waiting I'm writing this reveiw 2nd reveiw 1st was to bbb. I never leave reveiws but always look at thrm when buying anything I should of went with LG and never again will I buy GE anything. The customer service is very very horrible so buyers beware.

Have a 12,000 refrigerator. Sounds like a plane is landing in my house. Biggest waste of money.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM GE. My husband and I purchased a GE dryer from Home Depot on March 11th, 2024. We used it three times (within 3 weeks) and it made a funny noise and then stopped working and smelled like something electrical was burning. We called Home Depot who advised we need to deal directly with GE. We called GE service and a week later a tech came ~ he advised the motor was done and have to be replaced. He noted this was the third one in a week he had seen with the same issue. He said the part would be ordered and be back in a week. We did not hear from the tech again so we called GE again. They noted the part had to be ordered and they’d send tech out once received. So the motor had not even been ordered. After several more calls we were referred to consumer relations rep Luis at GE. I spoke with him on Monday April 22nd and filled him in on the story. He noted that the part was not in and he would personally take care of ordering from another vendor and send direct to the tech. I asked him to update me the next day. No call from him Tuesday ~ I left him a voicemail…..I left a second voicemail today….no call back and when I called the customer service line they said he’d gone for the day. Customer service said they send him an email advising to call me. This is absolutely unacceptable service ~ no consideration to the consumer for their time, money and no way to return if you’re not happy. Nice job GE ~ I will make it my mission to ensure that I share this is how you treat your customers and what crappy products you’re producing. Thanks for nothing. We bought the GE Cafe dishwasher Model # CDT845P2N351 approximately 2 years ago and just found out that the main board is defective (after a $129.00 service call) and that I will have to pay another $430.76 in order to have this board replaced. Since we are away 4 months of the year, we have only used the dishwasher for 16 months. I do NOT recommend this product, as I have no faith that it will not happen again.

I scheduled a repair for my washing machine for Monday, 4/15/24, and received a text message in the morning that day cancelling and saying that it could not be rescheduled at this time. I made a new appointment for Wednesday 4/17/24 between 1-5 pm. I received an email confirmation that clearly states this appointment. On Wednesday afternoon, having heard from no one, I called to make sure they were still coming. The person I spoke with said that my appointment is for tomorrow, Thursday 4/18/24. I am looking at the confirmation and have heard from no one that the booking needed to be rescheduled to the next day. I am not available to stay home from work every day and wait for a repair person who is unlikely to actually show up. Very frustrating.
