Shoes arrived in a timely manner, however the quality is poor. Because of quality I decided to return them only to find out I have to pay $45 in shipping costs out of my own pocket. I’ve yet to see a refund. So as of right now I’ve paid $190 for shoes that are no longer in my possession ($145 for 2 pairs of shoes + $45 to ship them back).

Ordered shoes and credit card charged 2-12-23 Shoes received at USPS 3-14-23 We were unable to pick shoes up within allowed time they were in the PO locker so they were returned to sender (address on the shipping label) 3-24-23. Customer service said to wait 6wks for them to be returned to China. When received, they would be shipped to us. We have been in touch with customer service for 3.5 months now. 1. They refuse to say where the sender location is. 2. They say they have not received them. 3. They now say the shoes were sent back to us, yet they say they never received them! 4. They refuse a refund because they "haven't received the return." 5. The customer service phone line says. "Thank you for calling Gatsby Shoes. Please contact Customer Service online for more help" Check out the company on BBB...lowest rating with warning regarding fake reviews, quality of product and not receiving goods. Do not order from Gatsby Shoe company.

Great pair of shoes. Just need breaking in

I have issues with my feet, when these shoes arrived, I put my orthotics in them and the fit was awesome!! They were so comfortable with very little break in time!

Although I am very pleased with the design of the shoe: the functionality in that it is a dress shoe but with a walking comfort (just as described) I am a bit disappointed that they are a smaller, narrow version of Size 12 US / 46 EU, therefore, they are too small. Thank you for reaching out, as my next action with your company will have been to contact you regarding the return policy. I do not usually return items that I've purchased, but in this case, the shoes are unwearable. I was looking forward to purchasing the brown color, as well. I purchased the blue and the black - and they are great! I love these shoes! But, sadly, I cannot wear them. Is there something that can be done? Will you consider working with me for replacement? I would like to see if you have a 12 ½ or perhaps a 47? (not sure how EU sizes work) but as it stands, the shoe is too tight to be worn casually. Thank you very much, Chip

The products were delivered within the time frame stated in good condition, all the products on their website have lots of information about them. It was a fast and easy process

This WOULD have been a 2 star review EXCEPT--when I clicked the "2 star" option, it sent me to a Contact Customer Service page!! Shoes were BEAUTIFUL, but just not made for my wide foot with a thick instep. The return process was HORRIBLE, and the refund I finally was advised of today was LESS shipping. So, I ended up paying for them to ship them to me in the first place, and paying AGAIN to ship them back!!!!! I personally would NOT use this company again, unless I had a simple to fit foot. EDIT: Please check the date stamps on my review, and the response from the shoe company. If they feel they are "prompt" in reaching out is after more than a year...well...that describes their customer service well!!
