Shoes came and seem well constructed and lightweight. However extremely tight for wide fit. Hopefully wear will relax fit

Ordered two pair of black and one pair of brown dress shoes. The black shoes have separated from their soles and been reglued several times until the tread finally split on one pair and I will wear the second pair until the tread splits. The brown shoes have held together much better as they are only worn 3 to 4 times per month. My emails to Gatsby were succinct in telling me that I was outside their 3-month warranty and should contact a shoe repair shop at my cost. Wouldn’t buy again.

The advertisement shows brown shoes with black toe for sale. Upon arrival the shoe only shows brown, no classy black highlight. It seems bait and switch to me. If I can get the one advertised, I would like to. Also now I find out that you’re charging me shipping when you have free shipping advertised. This is not a good experience. I like my other pairs, but this one has started out all wrong.

I do like the shoes that you have the different styles and colors. But every time I order there is a problem. Not sure if it was my mistake or yours. I’ve had to send two pairs back and I am way on another pair now . I think you all should work on your time schedule , it takes almost a month to receive your order and that not good , at that point I’m almost ready to send them back. Anyway as I said the choice of shoes is nice . The other thing that I was not happy about was was there is No phone service that Oder is terrible for a company like yours. The shoes when I finally got them were ok .

Despite the bad reviews, I wanted to try these for myself as I like the way they look and like the idea of a sneaker comfort dress shoe. So I found someone selling these shoes on Amazon at a much lower price. Yes, fake leather but they call it "vegan leather" and I have noticed my feet do feel hotter as a result. The included insoles are a joke, I replaced them on the second day with some gel insoles. The shoes are almost zero-drop and have a wide toe box, both things I look for in shoes, which is nice but some may not be used to this style as it does take some getting used to. Yes, they feel like a cheap shoe but look good and once you replace the insole they aren't bad. Will see how they hold up, only wore them for a week so far.

I have not heard when these items will be delivered.

Delivery was a bit slow but minimal packaging appreciated. Purpose of this purchase was to get a work shoe that was also comfortable for my commute cycle-train-tube-walk. It involes a lot of walking and stairs and regular oxfords are a bit hard for the feet and knees! Now I paid over £60 for these which isnt a lot in the scheme of things but they dont quite live up to my hopes. Positives is they are well made and look fine for work. However the sole and inner isnt really that cushioned - its better than my old shoes but certainly nothing like a trainer. Still searching for that trainer-oxford! My biggest disappointment though is they are made of artificial material not leather. I'm wearing them to work for a while to see how they perform but already they feel just a bit over warm. Ive seen the same shoe all over the place so this is not a gatsby exclusive and Im assuming they are made by the 1000s in some chinese factory. Makes them seem less of a bargain. Love the concept but I think a little more is required to produce what I am after. Still searching for Leather + trainer style construction + oxford look!
