It took over 70 days to receive the shoes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i order it from this company on 22-05-2021 helpline nuber::919939 2544 i return it 21-07-2021 It took over 70 days to receive the shoes. Paid 158 for three pairs o shoes. They arrived in plastic gas and were horrible. Had to pay 27.75 to ship them back to China…. Even though they arrived from a distributor in the us Do not buy from this company! I am terribly disappointed in them. i was trying to return this shoes back to them and sent an email about my issue so luck with email then i researched this company on the internet and i found this help line number which is the corerect number for this company Great customer service, I had a query about a return and got a quick and helpful response from this company thank you

I purchased a pair of Oxford Derby Orthopedic Leather Shoes size 7 Wide, I received a pair of shoes two sizes too big. I reported issue to their customer service via email, and they claim they sent me correct size, even though I showed them picture proof and had my friend with size 9 feet put on these same shoes which fit perfectly. They refuse to send me new pair and provide a return label for the current pair I have. They say I have to curb the cost to send back to them and they will return my money or give another pair. I don’t trust them! Don’t ever buy from these people! Poor customer service and as far as I’m concerned poor product! Their reviews must be fake!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 4/16 and still haven't received them yet. They are a Father's Day gift. I will never ever order from this company in the future. They sent me a tracking link with a Florida address but my address is in Michigan. The customer service sucks!!! I asked for a refund and was asked to wait for the shoes to arrive. Hopefully this is not a scam!!!!

Trying to return my shoes. No response from company about the free return their website indicates. Shoes smell like formaldehyde. They were about a size too small.
