Pleased, timely, and VERY comfortable / well made…
Order arrived in a timely manner, consistent with what I anticipated. As for the shoes themselves: the fit is lovely; the comfort level is high; and, moreover, I’m quite pleased. Thanks a lot! Would recommend.

Expensive return policy - you pay for everything
Had ordered 2 different sizes (11 and 12 being that the correct size is 11.5. Shoes ok for general public I guess but very thin soles for those with foot problems & diabetes. THEN - the return policy is full charge to you - even if you have asked a question (that they didn't respond to. SO - they also charge a restocking charge. Ordering two pair - maybe I should have gifted them to someone being that it was $26 to ship back and $10 restocking...almost the price of 1 pair of shoes. Yes - they publish their policy - but you mainly see the 30 day return if you are not satisfied. Use caution!

Loved the ease of ordering
Loved the ease of ordering. Received my shoes fairly quickly. I absolutely love the feel and fit of my shoes. I will order more shoes. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the insole of the right shoe was not glued down and moves around as I walk.

Good looking and fit well!
These shoes are well made and actually fit my size 16 feet! They are comfortable and look as good in reality as in the photos. They do come from China, so they took a while to arrive.

Buyer beware…
Sending a "rate us" email where the links are routing any 3 or lower stars to a contact us link instead of this review site is all you need to know about this company. BBB complaints in spades in quality, refund practices, and customer service. Ordered on the 29th of April, arrived from China 10+ business days later. Shoes feel cheaply made and provide no support. Selling insoles as an upsell should've been a red flag, but I digress.
