This company is a fraud. Do not order. They will not be up front. They use excuse of out of stock and international shipping. None of their response make sense. Reporting to my bank.

This company is a scam sending junk products. Excessively long delivery lead time. Three unanswered emails to customer service looking for shipping updates. Their phone number doesn't reach a live person - it tells you to send an email to their customer service. Shirt sizing is inaccurate - not adult sizing whatsoever -- they're youth sizes. Inaccurate product descriptions. Return policy full of "we will not" caveats only serves to remove more money out of the customer's pocket -- not satisfy the end-user. Extremely unsatisfied with overall purchasing experience. Never again.

I ordered shoes on 12/4/23 and they still can’t give me a delivery date. They won’t even confirm that I receive them by 1/4/24! Customer service only sites that they have a max of 30 days to deliver; meanwhile their site says lightening fast shipping. It has taken multiple emails to even get a response from them. I would never order from them again and if I had not been trying to fulfill a Christmas wish list, I would cancel now.

The products are crap! They appear appealing in the pictures; however, they sorely lack quality. The sizes of the shirts are considerably inaccurate. The shirts I ordered were the largest size available and what I received would be for a 12-year old. Moreover, the material was about the same as an old high school jersey from the 1980's. It took a month to receive my order and the tracking that they sent never updated. The customer service is absurd and their return policy is ridiculous and skewed to benefit them. In other words, Gatsby is doing everything possible to not refund any or all of the order. This company is deceptive and should be fined, sued, and closed!

Worst ever company! Stay away from them! No free returns, poor quality of products, worst ever experience with their returns!!!

Sorriest company ever. Phone support doesn’t work and tells you to send email. Shoes were ordered a month ago and have yet to arrive. No responses when I have sent emails. No shoes and no service. They stole the shirt off my back. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

Been waiting 3 weeks. No response to any emails no update on my order it says it’s waiting to receive the item at usps in NY. Do NOT be scammed like I was. This company seems fraudulent. No legit company would not reply to emails and you can’t get through on the phone.

Going on 3 weeks from ordering 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles. The tracking states that items are waiting for carrier. That is false information. After reviewing this company further, it is evident that this company is fraudulent. I have requested a full refund.
