DO NOT BUY- SCAM!
If I would give them a zero I would. I ordered shoes, and got notification they shipped with a tracking number. The shoes never arrived and when track them it says “shipment waiting to be picked up in Jamaica NY”. That was over 20 days ago. Then I called the number on their website that says they have 24/7 LIVE chat, and it’s an answering service telling you to send them an email and then it hangs up on you. I wish I would have done better research on this company- as it’s obvious it was a scam.

Horrible
Super slow shipping. I ordered 3 pairs on 12/3/23 and received 12/29/23. All three pairs fit differently, are not comfortable, and are not good quality. They make returning very difficult, but I am returning. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company.

Christmas gift never arrived
I ordered a pair as a Christmas gift for our son on Dec 3. They still haven't arrived. When I call their customer service number, I get a recording that send me to their web site. When I went to their web site, I never got a response from them as of yet. When I track the shipping, all I get is that it's getting to a facility or in the hands of a shipping partner. Shows no progress to delivery. Nothing good to say at this time.

SCAM
SCAM! This company is a HUGE joke. The shoes do match the pictures and the quality shown. They say you can return the shoes for a full refund and then, they have all these caveats so you'll never actually get your money back. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.

I ordered the shoes for a Christmas…
I ordered the shoes for a Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered them early to ensure delivery. He wore them on Dec 27 for the first time and they fell apart. They will not refund or replace the shoes because it has been past the 30 days. I am very disappointed in the quality and customer service. Do not order from them.!

Poor quality shoes
Poor quality shoes , they stink really bad and the company is not reputable. You will be sorry if you order there shoes . And that won't give you a refund so you will have to dispute charges with your credit card company. Do not let this company take your money . They act like they are concerned about customer service and will gladly give you a thesis on how to return the shoes but are never willing to contact me directly or send me a return label . If you email them you just get a generic reply. Most likely an AI platform , you will never talk to real person !

Noxious Chemical Odor from Materials
Received the two pairs of shoes I ordered after several weeks. The shoe materials emit a noxious rubber/plastic odor that is overpowering. I put them in my garage thinking that maybe the odor would dissipate after some time but the problem persists two weeks later. I bought them as gifts so I cannot attest to the comfort or quality, but it’s not looking good out of the gate.
