We have recently made some changes to our return policy and while the return shipping is still not covered as standard, we have partnered with Redo to allow customers based in the US to pay $2.98 for hassle-free returns on their order with the cost of shipping covered, as well as implementing a more robust automated return system. We aim to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers, and to be upfront regarding our policy, we do have this information displayed in the footer of every page for easy access. We recommend reading the return and refund policy not just on our store, but on every site you visit whenever you are shopping online to avoid this miscommunication in the future.
