I bought a pair for my boyfriend, as soon as they arrived we were disappointed as they look cheap and are not leather. He literally wore them 2 times and they started coming unglued in the toe area. I see the return policy is for unworn shoes in new condition for 30 days. Don't buy these shoes they are terribly made

I ordered a pair of shoes online (July 2, 2024) from Gatsby and they arrived looking as lovely as they do online. I bought them to wear in my school as I was starting a new job. I tested it out once before the school year started and it felt great and comfortable. I wore it twice at school and on the third time (Sept 20) the sole came off the front of the right shoe. I contacted them and at first they refused because it was past the 30 days of purchase. Then I wrote back with pictures asking for a refund or a replacement. They wrote back saying after review, they could extend it for 60 days for "sole separation" but my request came after 60 days. So there is nothing they can do but a 30% discount towards a future purchase. Needless to say, after reading these other reviews and feeling disappointed about their approach, I won't be purchasing again. .

I purchased 3 airs of these shoes over a 2 month period, and was initially very happy with them, people noticed them and asked where could they get a pair. Sadly all three are having issues with the inside sole creeping up by the toes and making walking uncomfortable, so I took out the worst ones, as they were good looking shoes. Now my brown pair have separated at the seem and the supplier has refused to replace them even though they have only been used maybe 20 times. They simply say they only guarantee for 30 days!! What kind of a policy is that for a manufacturer 🤷🏼‍♂️ They clearly have little confidence their shoes will last!! They offered me a 35% discount on another pair, why would I buy another pair if they don’t even believe in their own product!! Real shame as they are very stylish ☹️

What keeps me from giving these shoes 5 stars is that the “leather” (don’t think they’re leather, they smell like plastic out of the box, not leather.) Came unglued from the rubber sole after 30 days of wearing them. What keeps me from giving these shoes 1 star is that they are very comfortable and light weight. So get some shoe goop to glue them back together if you purchase these shoes. edit. Just received “ I’m sorry, we strive for quality blah blah.” Didn’t offer to repair them, discounted new pair, just an empty apology. Lowered them by one star for crappy customer service. Words mean very little. I didn’t pay them with words.

I just received these shoes and they look just like on the website, a good thing. Unfortunately that is the only good thing so far. They are cheaply made and the weak material used for the upper provides no form or support. They have formed creases in the front of the upper where the natural foot fold is and I've worn them for 2 hours. The soles are thin and provide no arch support or cushion. They also run a little small. I am an 11 1/2 US and ordered the 12 and they are snug. Since they are plastic and not leather they won't stretch and look good.

Shoes look good but are made very cheap. The lace eyelets fall apart and the souls just fall away from the shoe itself

Bought the Oxford Lisse shoes in both black and brown for my husband as a Father's Day gift. At first he loved them and said they were comfortable and he got alot of compliments on them. Within 2 weeks the sole started separating from the shoe. These are made very cheaply! Believe the reviews!!

The shoe looks great but after just 3 months the sole came off completely. Now I know why they only have a 30-day return policy. I purchased it July 8th of 2024. I felt like the fit was nice but the quality of the workmanship is horrible. This is a edit, you have not reached out to me and I did contact you. Your response was it's past the 30 day return policy and I should buy some glue.
