A good light weight shoe, that is quite stylish and easy to clean and maintain. The white strips on the heel worn off very quickly and the very light inner sole moves around a lot and needs frequent adjustment. Thinking I should glue it in place

Ordered shoes the week before Christmas. Haven't received them.

Scam beware , This company is scam , I order some shoes completely run around . First they said the address was wrong then they said they don’t have the color . Also there phone number has no live represent , there a recording stating this . Email after email not one straight answer.

Gatsby Shoes is an absolute SCAM and not worthy of anyone's business. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for a total of $150.99 for Christmas gifts in December 2021. The order arrived on 1/22/2022, and NONE of the shoes were the correct size. Their return policy requires you to contact them to get a return authorization. The whole process has to be completed within 30 days from the date the order was received. You have to wait for them to respond to emails because they do not have a phone that is connected. That 614 number listed on their website is disconnected. Only emails. Their policy is $2.00 per shoe return fee. That's $6.00 I lost for returning shoes that do not fit any of my guys. They ask that you make the return with a tracking number. I had to return them at MY COST for $37.20, paying for tracking to ensure they got it, when it was Gatsby's COMPANY's ERROR. Then they do NOT refund MY FULL AMOUNT. I only got $90.99. GATSBY SHOES STOLE $60 plus the shipping cost of $37 = $97.00 stolen from me!! HORRIBLE Customer Services. ZERO satisfaction. UPDATE: After filing this review and others, I was refunded an additional $54.00. I still lost $43.20 for return fee of $6 and shipping fee of $37.20, for Gatsby error of shipping wrong size shoes!!! Stay away from this company.

This is a total scam for a crappy product. I ordered and they shipped me the wrong size and color. I decided not to even try an exchange because the shoe is a cheaply made product from china and if it is even real leather, it is super low quality and feels like plastic. When I tried to return, was almost ghosted and it took a while to find my order. Had to pay my own shipping back and then they only credited half of what I paid. Total scam advertised all over Facebook and Instagram... UPDATED JUNE 2024 - Looks like the owners of "crapsby" discovered AI with all the replies they are adding to their bad reviews here on Trustpilot. I am very surprised to see them still in business. My experience was posted back in Feb of 2022 and I still stand by my original comments. The only good thing to come from this was my credit card company reimbursed me for the other half that this company screwed me on, so kudos to them.

Received these 2 pairs of shoes a month or so after ordering. Came wrapped in plastic with shoes sticking out of torn bag packaging (From China, directly?). The worst quality, with right shoes crumpled leather (looks and feels like vinyl, at best) on the top of right shoes. Poor fit, no support, may as well walk on bare foot. Web site is very appealing, but don’t fall for it, these are trash. Will attempt to return, though based on other responses, may just be a lesson learned - Don’T BUY THIS TRASH!!!!!

Ordered x wide came in as normal asked… Ordered x wide came in as normal asked for exchange told me they had shipped wide I explained not they disagreed I have to pay shipping back to USA - clearly a con and can’t be bothered with customer service - problem with overseas items and they claim to from the US but these delivered direct from China - poor quality also lots of bad cuts. Ie not a straight cut maybe I’m being picky now but the failure of this organisation beggars belief - be warned be wary

Don't order these, they took forever to get delivered, when they came they had a horrible chemical smell to them and the boxes where tore and beat. Shoes looked like worn returns. I was grossed out I wouldn't even try them on. When I reached out to get a refund they made the process so hard and frustrating I just threw them away. Huge waste of time and money.
