Gatsby Shoes Is a Scam...Don't be another sucker
I thought I had discovered sliced bread...comfortable shoes that looked like dress shoes. Wow was I wrong! I ordered one pair, they were definitely cheap then they offered to give me a 2nd pair for half off so I got a pair for my son. What did I have to lose, if they didn't fit or I didn't like them for any reason I could supposedly return them for a full refund. Bottom line, it took almost 3 weeks to get them as they were sent from China. I tried them on and wore them inside for a few hours and they not only were too small, they were possibly the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put my foot in. The shoes I got for my son were also too small, they were never used. I immediately reached out to Gatsby and to their credit, they were very responsive but their response letter informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping even though there shoes were awful and the wrong size. I also discovered their 30 day money back guarantee starts when you order them, it doesn't matter if it takes a month to get them you are SOL. Further, they have the right to completely refuse the return of the shoes if they aren't in perfect condition and if you want them back you have to pay for shipping. Of course this decision is totally discretionary on their part and you can't dispute it. When all was said and done, I spent $95 on garbage shoes and after $25 in return Shipping charges. They only gave me $87 back. That's some guarantee, total cost for sore feet was $32 out of my pocket and a lot of wasted time.

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. They have their own sizes and no one knows about it. I ordered a size 10 shoe and received a size 11/11.5. When I reached out, I was told that their size 10 is size 45EUR. I was also told me that you only have 3 weeks to return, from the date when you ordered. My shoes took longer than 3 weeks, but they "allow" me to still return them, because of COVID delays. Lastly, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping. Never again!

Don’t claim you have Lightning Delivery if you don’t. Ordered May 24th, it’s now April 2 and tracking says 6 more days Update: it took FIVE weeks for them to arrive!

Paying for 5 star reviews?
It seems like there are a lot of 5 star reviews here by people who have only left 1 review ever. I would guess that the manufacturer is soliciting reviews for compensation. Read them, they all sound Sus. I bought a pair of these shoes and the comfort and fit are just average. Styling is nice for a sneaker like shoe. The quality overall is poor. After wearing them once for a few hours, the white stripe was peeling all around. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said there is no guarantee once they have been worn. Waste of money. Stick with known brands.

Bad Quality
I purchased two pair of shoes from Gatsby, black and brown. The slim support came out in 2 days. The white lining on the side of shoes started coming after wearing for 3 days. I contacted the phone number, it just says to contact through email. I started getting pain in my feet especially in heel area. First of all, the shoes were not delivered for more than 25 days. The customer service emailed back that the return should be with in 30days from the day order was placed. Such a rip of money. They charged more than $100 for 2 payout of shoes.

Horrible experience having ordered…
Horrible experience having ordered shoes from Gatsby. Order arrived two weeks late and one shoe was tighter than the other shoe. I explained this to Eva Cortez in customer services . Eva basically told me that I would have to return the shoes back to the US at my own shipping cost. She refused to pass me on to a manager and basically told me that a smaller shoe is not a fault. Appalled with the service !!

I encourage everyone to simply contact Utah BBB - 4-1/2 months I tried to communicate with Gatsby and was ignored - never received an exchange or refund - 3 days after contacting Better Business Bureau I received a refund to my credit card!!!!! This company is a fraud but BBB took care of it!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs for shoes
I ordered 2 pairs for shoes, size 11. They never arrived even though they said they called to my house. I also got a text message asking for my Bank card details, including its Security Number, which I declined, asking for £1 redelivery charge. I have tried contacting this company, but as yet have received no reply.
