Dear Lilly, We are deeply sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your broken stainless steel litter box and our terrible customer service. We sincerely apologize for the two months of delayed response across your email, phone, and text messages, and for the stress this has caused you. This falls far short of the service standards we promise, and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience and disappointment—especially since our lack of response led to the 30-day return window being missed. We are currently reviewing our internal customer service processes to address these issues, with the goal of ensuring this never happens again. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve. We have already been in touch with you via email to confirm our support for the return of your broken product, and we’ve shared all necessary details to help you complete the return smoothly. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to make this right for you. Best regards, The Furrbby Team
