I'm disappointed in the product! It is sturdy and well built and it arrived in a few days. My problem with it, is the fact that the sifting pan's slots are to big. While it catches the larger clumps, too many smaller clumps slip through. I still have to use a sifter to remove these smaller material. This defeats it purpose. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at the expensive price.

Nothing really went wrong. Although the litter box works as advertised, I have concluded that is actually MORE work to use it than my normal scooping routine. Lifting the upper box Does sift out the waste, but the extra step of pouring the sifted litter into another container before refilling the the two parts is more of a chore than my normal picking routine, and a lot harder on my back. I will actually just end up recycling this very pretty litter box. As for the fountain I bought with it, once again, it LOOKED like a great idea, but I have yet to see my 2 girls have a drink from it. I keep 6 clean containers out for them, and they are fine with them, These boxes get a thorough screen sifting once a week, which rakes me about 40 minutes, top to bottom. Others may find a way to enjoy your litter boxes, but for us, we did not find ours useful.

I ordered my litter box on March 20th, and it still hasn't been shipped. I have messaged the chatbot feature multiple times for assistance. Even though the bot said someone would email me if I left the page, no one has. I wouldn't be as upset if I were getting updates about my order, like manufacturer delays, but I've heard nothing. I feel so unheard that I decided to leave a review, because I know there is a higher chance they will comment on a negative review then reply to my questions on their site. Update 4/15/2026: I'm in contact with customer service. Turns out they sold out the product I purchased. They tried to get me to switch my order to one of their other products. I said, "If you can give me an estimate of when it will be available for delivery, I am fine with waiting for the correct litter box to be back in stock. I will consider my order a pre-order." I made sure to add, "I want a promise that I will still have the guaranteed 30-day return once the order has been delivered." They gave me an estimate that my order will be ready by early May. I'm not changing my rating to two stars because, after I told them that the product is still listed for sale on the site, they still haven't changed the status (at the very least to pre-order) two days later. I'll do another update in May when I get my product. Update 5/22/2026 Originally, I wasn't going to give them another star and was going to leave the review at 1 star; however, the shifting corner litter box is actually a really good product. That being said, I would NEVER tell a friend to order from their website unless they have the patience of a monk. I see they are selling most of their products on Walmart now. I hate to say it, but buy from Walmart and not their website. There are numerous issues with the site. They never changed the status of their items to 'sold out,' and they were still late in informing me when my item was arriving.

I bought two XXL Stainless Steel Sifting Litterboxes. I want to love this product but, I'm having issues with the fitment, sifting hole size, and customer service. For fitment, the sifting bins I received do not sit firmly inside the lower bin - either the front or back will slip off the seat causing one side of the sifting bin to fall an inch deeper past the seat and sit unlevel. For sifting holes, the bin I received has a mix of 5mm slots and 8mm holes. The slots are fine but 8mm is too large - it allows brand new pellets to fall though rapidly before having a chance to break down with use. I'm going through pellets like crazy! I'm hoping this is a mistake because the drill pattern and hole sizes on my bins are different than the ones shown on the furrbby website. As for customer service, I've tried to contact them using their customer support webform, e-mail, and phone over the past 7 days and no response.
