The litter boxes are absolutely stellar. But it took two months to get them. Thats the only reason it didn’t get five stars.

I ordered two XXL stainless steel pine clumping litter boxes. I have two kittens and it was recommended by a representative that the XXL size would be best for multiple cats. I find it difficult to try to sift/shake the litter out of the sifting pan into the lower pan due to the amount of litter that is required to fill the sifting pan adequately enough for the kittens to use. It's not easy on the back and if you have back issues and even if you don't it might be easies to get and XL litter pan. One of the pans came with a dent in the corner even though styrofoam protectors were on all 4 corners--this may have occurred prior to or during packaging--don't know. The small bag of litter isn't adequate for first time use. I would recommend including enough litter--without increasing the cost of the produce--so the boxes can be used without needing to buy additional litter right away. I like the fact that they are stainless steel and easy to clean. I ordered one for my family. There was no indication that the box couldn't be delivered to a P.O. Box so I used their P.O. Box. I would be helpful for Furrbby to indicate that the don't deliver to P.O. Boxes when individuals are ordering so orders can be delivered without incident. Since I was having difficulty litter box training my one kitten, my sister recommended a clumping litter. I contacted Furrby since I had two pine litter boxes and now only needed one and was wanting an idea about other appropriate boxes for kittens with a possible box exchange but never got a reply.

Like how large this box is, but do not like how shallow top pan is. Bought to try pellet litter on a picky cat.

My triple cat box seems to be of high quality stainless steel that makes cleaning so much more simple than scooping with plenty of room for the cats to move around and really like the full enclosure I would highly recommend
