it portrays itself as an American company and prices it's items as if it's made with quality but in fact is just a cheap Chinese product. How do I know? if you look up the trademark, it's registered to some Chinese person in central china.

I’ve ordered from fsj 3x now and all 3 pairs were amazing and good quality. Latest pair were my wedding shoes. Only down fall is shipping can take 6-10 weeks due to overseas shipping. So order aheD of time to ensure arrival by your intended date. But other then shipping issue . I love fsj for great heels.

If I could give less than 1 * I would. I could have bought these shoes at my local shoe store for $24. I didn't have a problem with my shipping. Mine got here pretty fast. However the shoe quality was so horrible. I really could have saved my money and bought from another shoe store. I wonder where they are actually getting the shoes in their pictures from, because I would actually buy from that shoe store. Do not get scammed!!!

Ordered shoes 2 months ago. My card was charged immediately, but I still have no shoes. Horrible communications from overseas. Tracking info seems to be fake because its says my package entered the country over a month ago. Never again.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before my purchase and ended up with a cheap pair of shoes that were supposed to be suede are actually felt fabric. They are definitely not worth $80. It took over a month to receive but they advertised 7-10 days. And the bottom of the heel was damaged. They are for my daughter who is bridesmaid, let’s hope they last the day. I will never order from them again!

I ordered shoes on October 4th and it is now Nov 14....still no shoes! Unfortunately, I wasn't bright enough to look for the reviews before ordering in the first place. The only great thing is that I almost ordered a pricey pair of boots and decided to start small ($60 purchase). Needless to say, NEVER EVER again will I order from this site. I plan to report them to a consumer agency for fraud and theft by deception. The number of horrific reviews is outrageous. This site needs to be shut completely down! If you have ordered using your credit card, dispute the purchase through them and let them deal with this shady company. This CROOK had nerve to call this company honest! Today is August 28. 2023 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE SHOES ORDERED WAAAAAY BACK IN 2019. WHERE IS MY MONEY, YOU DUSTY LOW LIFED CROOKS?
