This is my reply to FSJ from my review on 3/26/2024, I’ve checked my spam several times and you did not respond nor have you refunded my $30 for expedited shipping! I ordered the shoes 3/14 and they arrived on 4/2. Your company should be ashamed for the products they produce, the shoes are pretty much plastic shoes. I paid $110 for plastic shoes which I ordered for a special occasion that took place on 3/29. The quality of shoes is poor! If you are reading this review, please do not purchase shoes from this company, you will be disappointed. All they do is take your money!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an email that my order was confirmed. Less than 24hrs later,I'm getting an email that my order was canceled without giving me any reason and my money not refunded yet,talking about they'll let me know when my money will be refunded. If you're canceling an order,shouldn't my refund be immediate??? I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
