I ordered from you before and the shoes were great! The box they came in was pretty beat up but the shoes were not damaged which was a surprise. Ordering was easy and painless. Looking forward to their arrival as it is a surprise for my girlfriend.

The damage to the packaging may be caused by improper handling during transportation. I am glad to hear that you like our shoes.

I've been looking at this Web site for a while, it took a while to find a pair of shoes I originally liked.

This is my second order that I have made with this site. I was pleased with my first order and I'm also glad that I was given discounts for my purchases.

I bought pony hair ankle boots for $117. What I received was boots made from a cheap glittery fabric, not even worth $30. I contacted the company to return them & first they offered $30 off as shipping costs are high, & I said no. They offered to remake them in pony hair & send a pic prior to shipping them. I never got a pic of the new pair, they just shipped them. The 2nd pair is the same cheap, glittery crushed velvet like material. Do not buy from them, way overpriced & not genuine materials contrary to their descriptions.

We have confirmed with the factory that the material is indeed horse hair. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I have replied to you in the email, please check the email. Thank you for your understanding,

Everything was great!! The only problem that I had was when I went to apply the 10% discount it wouldn’t take it.
