Love all these shoes

I ordered a pair of gold pumps for $109 that looked like they came from Temu! I ordered them in my size and they were enormous. I reached out to the company and they said they would send me a smaller size, and that I can just keep the ones that I had. After waiting for a while I realized they never sent them out therefore I sent them another email. They stated that I needed to take down the review first. I told them that’s not what we agreed on, and I was under the impression that the shoes were on its way. I told them I would reconsider my review once I received the replacement, because out of good faith I thought they were trying to rectify the problem which is why I agreed to those terms, besides I needed them for a wedding and I had no time to find another pair. They then sent me another email and claimed that I said in a previous email that the item was no longer needed! I then requested they send me that email, but of course they couldn’t because I never wrote that! They then said, if I took down the review, send back the shoes, they would refund me. I did not do that, because it became very clear to me that they never intended on helping me in the first place. I did although decided to donate the shoes to Goodwill seeing that I had no need for gigantic shoes. I feel this company falsely advertises, and makes it appear as though they sell high-quality shoes based on their photos. They are over priced items that are cheaply made that look like they come from SHEIN, or Temu. Their merchandise is the worse of the worse, and they have no intention of rectifying problems, and I highly doubt they will even refund you for trash that they made a huge profit on. SECOND PART: In response to their response below…I did agree on receiving a new pair in a smaller size. They even requested I send them a photo of the gigantic shoes on my feet, and they suggested a size which I did agree on. After waiting for them to arrive they never sent them out, because they decided to changed their agreement, and the conditions were that I needed to delete my review first! Now they are trying to claim in their response below that I said in my review that they did not respond to any of my emails, and now they are adding that I said that I was going to discard the new pair upon arrival. As you can clearly see in my review above I NEVER stating that they never responded to me, and I NEVER said in any of my emails that I would discard the replacement! It was ONLY AFTER never receiving the replacement, and them deciding to change the conditions was when I then informed them that I would change my review and leave them a worse one because of there sudden change of terms. This companies main concern is not wanting bad reviews, and they have no intentions of rectifying anything!

I bought a pair of boots from this company for $129.00 they said they were Sam Edelman boots. When I received them they were a joke they were knock offs. They were supposed to be leather and they were polyester. I complained so they sent me another pair of different shoes I like on there on their website it said leather shoes. When I received them they were plastic. Never again would I buy from this company and they falsified what is the truth about there products. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell to anyone. They need to shut down. 🧐

Ease of ordering

What I like most is that you offer small sizes. However, I’m worried the boots might not fit my very slim calves. If I don’t like them, can I return them?

I ordered a pair of what you describe as "black patent booties" with what you claim to be 20cm stiletto heels. The heels on these shoes are not even close to 20cm high. I measured them and they are 16.5cm at best. This is very disappointing. That said, the shoes themselves are comfortable, appear to be of good quality and fit well, which is why I have given you a 4 star rating. Please be more accurate with your descriptions going forward.
