Great customer service !! Betty D. went out of her way to help me get the watch I wanted and the extra link I needed. Betty was very courteous and knowledgeable of the product , all of my questions were answered promptly

I had an excellent customer service experience with the young lady name Betty. I ordered a necklace and wanted specific things done to it and I needed the merchandise by a specific date she went above and beyond to make sure that date would be guaranteed and submitted that request to me via email as a guarantee as well. Also, days later I wanted to add another item to that order she was able to adjust that order for me and confirmed it via email as well. The best customer service I've had in a while. I will be recommending Betty@Frost NYC to family and friends for future services.

Honestly they sent me the wrong pendent hoping I wouldn’t notice untill I said somthing and caught their employee admitting fault. I had to send my jewelry back for them to fix there mess up and I was not taken care of the service was oright but the fact that they tried do me wrong and not even accommodate me for the troubles. -10 out of ten take care of your people and they take care of you I am going to post this on Instagram and Facebook as well

I was very pleased with my Rolex. They shipped it immediately after the last payment. Every time attempted to reach someone in the chat my questions were immediately answered. I was skeptical because I read a few previous views prior to my purchase. However, I’m glad I moved forward with my purchase and I wanna say thank you to Frost NYC.

The Rolex I bought is very beautiful but the band was to tight for my wrist, I have to find a replacement link, but over all very happy!

Ordered a chain, was a little large for my liking, exchanged hassle free for one more suitable to my taste. Would highly recommend!
