I was sent the incorrect order. I called roughly 1 or 2 days after receiving my order on my rope chain to tell them that the solid gold rope that I ordered felt hollow to only be told by I believe Madeline that my chain was indeed solid. I called back hoping to speak to another representative but Madeline picked up again. She was very rude on both calls by the way. The second call she told me to measure it and weigh it. As I suspected the chain was indeed hollow but not only that the entire was completely wrong. I ordered a solid gold rope, 3mm, 22” chain that weighs 28 grams. They sent me a hollow gold rope instead, 6.5/7.5, 20” chain that weighed 25 grams. I was told by Lana that I can send the chain back via fedex after she confirmed it with her manager. The next business day I called back and Madeline answered. I requested to speak to Lana since she was aware of what was going on or the manager as she suggested I speak to but again Madeline decided to switch me to Betty who was the sales rep and only went off notes in their system. I told her I needed a refund as I wouldn’t be able to receive the chain that sent me due to me being a truck driver and she okayed the refund and told me to send it back. Once the chain arrived to them they changed it up and told me I would only get store credit. This was very unacceptable. Pictures for proof.
