I am very upset
I am very upset. I had been fooled twice by these people! I hope this review help to other people to avoid being abused and victim of a scam! The name plate I bought is different than the one they post in the website photos and video. Mine name plate barely have a tiny diamond in each letter when it supposed to have diamonds all over and in top of that the chain is very thin not like the one in the video they have on their website. They told me they will fix it, I send it back and after few days I wanted to check up on my piece of jewerly and a woman told me “she don’t have any information about receiving it. I have my receipt from ups indicating the package was delivered!!!!! Please, please people don’t aloud this people to still your money!!!! My next step is taking a legal advise as I have photos of the item, the UPS receipt and the emails they send requesting me to send back my nameplate to fix it. This is complete BS!
