I ordered a step in harness for my Frenchie. Upon arrival we realized one of the buckles were on backwards and would twist when we put it on. I reached out to customer service and Ariel was quick to respond and sent me a new harness.

I failed to take proper measurements for an outfit for my pooch. When it arrived it was way too small. I contacted customer service and they promptly took care of my mistake and it was at no cost to me.. love their products and they are great quality. Thanks for treating your customers so nicely and wanting to make sure they are satisfied. I am And will continue shopping with them!

I had to exchange my order for a different size, they were fantastic about the replacement. Easy to work with, and took great care of my Frenchie

I ordered my frenchies christmas gift but it was to small so I reached out to customer service and they were great ,Super helpful and quick replies. They helped me with all my questions . I would be ordering from them again ! And I recommend them 100% . I had a great experience.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta in questo e-shop specifico per bulldog francesi e devo dire che, oltre ad avere un assortimento di prodotti specifici per frencies davvero impressionante, si sono mostrati davvero gentilissimi e disponibili. Avevo necessità di rendere un cappottino (troppo grande) ed hanno risposto in modo rapido alla mia richiesta di informazioni, rendendosi disponibili alla sostituzione del prodotto con uno di taglia adeguata, senza spese e senza voler indietro il cappotto già speditomi. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

I ordered the wrong size for 3 bulldogs outfits and they are sending me back the right size without having to return the one with the wrong size
