Unfortunately the sweater was too small and tight, but they made it right and customer service was friendly.

I ordered a raincoat for my Frenchie but it was too small. Customer service responded right away and after giving my frenchie’s measurements, they mailed me a free replacement! I can’t wait to receive it. What great customer service!

I ordered the no pull harness and a waterproof coat from frenchie shop. Amazing quality on all products. The measurement given however were not correct now waiting for a replacement in a smaller size. Great customer service quick reply to emails Thanks

I really didn't like the idea of paying for a product and it didn't fit, and only getting a fraction of my money returned. I think they should just return the money you spent on that item, not replacing it with another item that is less than what you originally paid. I will be rethinking buying from the Frenchie shop again. I feel bad, but I don't like their return policy.

Ordered a sweater for my frenchie that was a bit too small. Tried to exchange/return the sweater, but was given the option to provide measurements of my dog for a replacement sweater free of charge!
