Products are great and adapted well to the French bulldog breed. My sizing problem was handled by Ariel with the utmost care. Products do take some time to ship, but they are worth waiting for. Thank You!

The Frenchie-Shop is great, so customer friendly. I ordered an incorrect size and they replaced the same at no cost right away. Everything we have purchased from them has been of the highest quality. Very responsive company. Pete

Ordering from a new company is always scary. The size and quality are very important to me when I am sending presents to my granddaughter and grand dog. I followed the return policy and it worked seamlessly. Thank you for being so responsive. Many companies have cut cost by decreasing customer service which causes buyer to be very unsatisfied.

I am very impressed with this company. They worked with me on measurement with my Frenchie dog and sent a replacement for the item that I had first ordered which I love, everything that I have gotten from them has been great. I sent an email and got a response immediately. Great customer service!

I have been very pleased with the service and harness I have received from The Frenchie Shop. They have been very quick to respond to my request for an exchange and very prompt in organising it. This is my first order with them and have been pleased with the fit of the harness. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the first bag was too small for our dog. We contacted Ariel and she is shipping us a slightly larger one. Can't wait to get it and try it out.
