Fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size booty. I reached out to get a return label and exchange for the correct size. They responded within minutes and asked me to provide measurements of my little guys paw. They then sent me a set that fit and I didn’t even have to return the wrong size. All for free. 🥰

I ordered a jacket for my Frenchie but it was too small . I texted customer service and told them I would return it and please send me a size bigger . I didn’t have to return jacket but they sent me the bigger one and it fits great . I’m a thanks so much

I was skeptical for obvious reason, I never ordered from here. However, I placed the other, for 5 items. When it arrived they were all too small. Ariel responded immediately after I submitted my concern and attempted to do a return. He was patient, answered all questions and replaced all my items, to fit my fur baby. The new items arrived, they all fit, and he loves and looks to adorable in them. I have no complaints, and will be ordering again, because the quality of the garments are 10/10 and the customer service is also a 10/10.

I ordered a jacket with a harness for my Frenchie and copied the size from a previous order which as incorrect. The jacket arrived as described but too small. I emailed reporting the jacket was too small and requested an exchange for a larger size. There was no issue. I received response promptly and their most generous feedback and response was they would send me larger size as a free replacement. Thank you to the support people. Greatly appreciated and look forward to receiving the correct size!
