Terrible experience do not recommend. Bought a backpack for my French bulldog.on the third use the zip split and my dog nearly fell out and would have if my friend hadn’t been standing behind me. I paid a lot of money for the bag, but this company is refusing to fix or refund the bag because it happened 3 weeks after I bought it and they told me they only back their products for 2 weeks. These backpacks are extremely dangerous AVOID THIS COMPANY they do not stand behind their products.

I had the best experience with the Frenchie Shop! I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) and they replaced them at no cost after communicating promptly and helping me figure out what I needed. So nice and friendly! And the designs are adorable!! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Purchased the wrong size coats for 3 of my frenchies (yes we have an addiction). After a few emails and correcting the size Frenchie.shop replaced all of them at no costs. Didn't even have to return the ones ordered incorrectly which we will donate to a local shelter. Nothing but good service. Will buy again.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a frenchie backpack and fits my frenchie fine but does not fit us!! Straps are way too small when fully extended, so unless you are short and 100lbs I would not recommend. Even when I sent pictures. They still are sending me frenchie measurement guides and not willing to refund only willing to send me another one which also won’t fit!!! Will not order from them again or recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their return policy clearly states if you are not happy for ANY reason you have 14 days for a return. I asked for an exchange and they said no sorry you ordered the wrong size. So I asked for a return and they said no. What? What does if you are unhappy for any reason you have 14 days to return I contacted them within 2 days of receiving! Scam scam scam!!!!

Sherif couldn't have been nicer. I reached out by email and they got right back to me within minutes. My pup's pink winter coat with harness came, and it is beautiful, great quality. It was a bit too small. Sherif said they'd mail me the next size up, no problem. I'd say Frenchie Shop is very professional and kind.

We love our frenchies sweater! It didn’t fit just right, but was probably our measurements plus she’s growing still. But they corrected our order and sent out a new larger sweater to fix the problem, great customer service!

Great products and first class customer service, they respond quickly to any queries you have making it easier to buy items with confidence. Highly recommend The Frenchie shop 🙂
