I just recently ordered a coat and a sweater for my Frenchie, I love it so cute but it didn’t fit it but the good thing I contact them and right away they fix the problem Which I’ll be ordering with them again, a few more items that I love

I purchased a harness for my French bulldog. And although I had the right size and it fit her based on her build it road to load below her shoulders and it was uncomfortable for her so I wrote to this wonderful company and asked if I could return it and purchase something different. They didn’t make me return it and issued me a credit to purchase a harness that would fit her better in the world today this kind of a customer service seems to have disappeared. What a wonderful company and what a wonderful experience I buy lots of items from this company and their high-quality. I highly recommend them.

I placed my first order for one of the Frenchie backpacks however it was too big. I sent a message to customer service in hopes to do an exchange. Ariel responded within 24 hours and inquired about my dogs measurements. I emailed her the measurements the next day then she replied that she would be sending me the correct size backpack without needing to return the initial one. Once I receive the replacement backpack, I hope to be able to write again to confirm that she followed through with her words. Thank you Ariel in advance!

Buyer beware. If you want to return something, good luck! I ordered the rocking dog bed. I had no clue it was being shipped from China until I tracked the package. I emailed customer service twice before they replied back to me. They said it will be 6-8 more days before I will receive it. I told them I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking way too long. Magically the package appeared on my door steps the very next day. The bed didn't come with instructions, so I had to google it. The bed is basically an infant seat like I used for my kids back in the 80's, only this was very cheaply made. The website says it can hold a dog up to 35 lbs. NOT TRUE AT ALL. Maybe 5-8 lbs. I tried to return it, but shipping back to China cost more than the price of the bed. So I'm stuck with a cheap no good bed that my dog can't use. The idea is cute. But don't waste your money.

The product took a while to get here but is EXTREMELY well made. Our Frenchie is paralyzed so his weight is off-balanced and the item was too large. The customer service immediately offered to replace the item and I’ve sent them the information. If I receive the replacement item and it’s the quality of the original, I’d give them 5.5 stars!!!
