I ordered a clarita dining table and it was sold out everywhere so I didn’t have high expectations. The sales people said they had some in stock so I took the chance. I got tracking a few days later and it miraculously showed up about a week later. I can’t believe it. I”m quote the happy customer!

Renovating my home this pandemic has been a struggle to say the least. Delays delays delays. Everything is delayed. I chatted with Astrid to see what I could get ASAP after the majority of my fixtures were delayed elsewhere. They pointed le to their quickship selection and I took their word for it that o could get everything by the end of the week on a rush. Everything came in time for my electrician and worked out! They went above and beyond here. Literally one of the only smooth transactions in my entire project.

I ordered a chest that was back ordered due to the pandemic, and while it took a while to arrive it did finally get here! When they said it would be about 4 month I was skeptical of it would’ve worth waiting but there’s no where else to get it faster. They gave me updates quickly whenever I checked in, and it did end up coming right around the four month point.

My favorite store I Chelsea. I stop by all the time and try and get some new decor. Jason and the team is always so helpful.

Purchased 2 Mid-Century mushroom lamps that do not resemble the pictures on the webpage. We contacted their phone, internet, and instagram support multiple times to be told that “it’s a glass lamp, how could glass differ”. The people they hire have no respect for detail and likely have no idea when it comes to interior design. Now that we have dug deeper into their reviews, we learnt Frances & Son has a notorious reputation online and with the BBB (more than 50 complaints!). They are unwilling to issue a full refund. We will now take this up directly with the credit card company. They contacted us after some of our reviews are posted but what’s the point when they won’t address our concerns when we initiate the contact?

Sadly, I was hoping my experience would be better. It started off great - communication seemed to be on point. I ended up having to ask my CC company for credit last week. I reached out to them last month after waiting 4 weeks to hear if my item was shipped, they said they couldn't cancel my order cuz it was shipped. I kept asking for a tracking number. Then a rep sent proof that the manufacturer sent it to THEIR OWN warehouse in CA (I live in CA). I wait another 4 weeks and it still hasn't left their warehouse. How is it considered shipped to the customer when the item has been sitting in their own warehouse for a month? If they had said there are delays due to xyz, I would have appreciated that more, but instead I received vague responses and no tracking number to show proof of shipping. Anyway, listen to the other reviewers. Stay away, or at the very least, I hope the company teaches their employees to communicate better.

Really bad services I order two mid century clocks in January , I was told because of Covid they will be here in March , March came around and nothing , then I was told On June , on the end of July I called them and I was told that the items were mailed that may take a little few days thru customs , well today I get an email saying that the items are back order until September,

Excellent customer service and a wonderful first time experience. I had my eye on a rattan media unit that was out of stock and I preordered it. It came a tiny bit late but still much quicker than most other companies I was looking at. They were attentive snd transparent throughout .
