I found lamps I liked and found them on your website. They responded immediately and gave me a discount. I ordered the lamps.

Fast and efficient customer service

If the product is in good condition they are great. ..i guess. However, our product came damaged. Not damaged in shipping but clearly packed damaged. We filed a claim waited 3 weeks. They offered us 20% off to keep it. That is what their resolution after 3 weeks was. Since we didn't want the defective product we did not accept. Now they want us to wait another 6 weeks to hear back! Meanwhile, I have 2 huge boxes sitting in my house(that stink) with a table I cant use. It's been the most awful customer experience.

Took almost nine months to get 4 stools. Customer service would either lie or just make stuff up about where they were. Very unhelpful and did not seem to care at all. Finally got the stools and don't like them and just got quoted 570$ to return a 670$ purchase. Like others said, this place is not trustworthy.

Absolutely do not risk it - these guys are scammers - you'll get a crap product and then have to pay essentially what you paid for the product to return it. My couch was $2700 - it's unusable and they told me return would not be an issue but it cost $1300 a piece of crap! and you gave me these options 'Option 1: You can receive a full refund less the actual round trip shipping costs (what we’re billed by our carriers for outbound + return shipping). The actual round-trip shipping costs for this return are $1,357.02. This would be deducted from your total refund amount, if you choose to move forward with the return your total refund amount would be $1,359.54. Option 2: You can receive a full refund minus only one-way shipping cost, with the remaining amount issued to you in the form of a France and Son gift card. The gift card has no expiration date, and it allows you to reduce your return costs in half. The one-way trip shipping costs for this return are $680.51. This would be deducted from your total refund amount, and you’ll receive the remaining amount as a gift card. Your final refund amount would be $2,036.05 in the form of a gift card. Have fun paying for something that is broken when it arrives everyone. Also lying sales people who will tell you anything. Poor quality - scam company!!!

I purchased a beautiful Dementia Live Edge outdoor dining table which was delivered in mid-December. In only 2 1/2 months, the teak is cracking and the live edge pieces are separating from the main boards. When I contacted France and Sons I was told this is "normal" (in other words I was told to go pound salt!) I understand normal wear and tear but this is unacceptable in an expensive high end piece of furniture. I am in the desert of California where the weather has been very mild. What will happen in the heat this summer?? Buyers beware... The design isn't worth it if the company won't warranty their shoddy execution.
