France and SonReviews of franceandson.com

Can not say enought good things about this company!! I bought all my lighting here ( foyer, bedroom, hallyway and two sconces) and am beyond thrilled. Then decorated my son's apt with dining room chairs, dining room table, bed sconces and a coffe table. Gorgeous. My salesperson is Jason and would highly recommend.

Haven't received product yet but order was easy. They emailed a quote why the product was on sale and it seems like they will honor it even though it is not on sale anymore. If true than so-far-so-good. I have Wayfair Professional account and they have always treated me right - we'll see how France & Sons does.

I ordered 2 of these from France and Son to put into the two opposite corners in my living room. Let me just say, they are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The customer service at France and Son was so helpful, they even went out of there way to follow up with me after the purchase. The packaging and logistics were perfect. Everything arrived on time, they notified me when it shipped out, just so great! I was even offered a discount. They even let me send them a picture afterwards - this allowed me to stay in touch with the sales representatives and now they are open to sending me quotes with coupons! They even check the stock levels for you right on the spot! This company is amazing and I can not wait to re-furnish my whole home by France and Son.

This company has went above and beyond for my satisfactory. Customer service always answers with prompt replies, they're very professional, and there furniture is so fairly priced. The pieces I have purchased from France and Son are the pieces that everyone wants to know where I got! I will continue shopping here, as it has checked off every box on list!

The furniture is terrible quality and often arrives stained or damaged. I ordered a sofa and matching chair. The sofa arrived with a stain and started losing its shape after two months. The chair I ordered a few weeks later. The first one that arrived was a completely different color from the couch and had stains everywhere. It was swamped out and now it is more similar in color but slightly yellow and the fabric is different. Since the whole ordeal took so long and the shipping of the chair took four months I am now unable to return or swap out the sofa. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Do not shop from here.

the store manager was super helpful, the selection was great- we received everything within 2 weeks. It was a pleasure!

Terrible terrible customer service. Purchased a 2000 cabinet and was told it was in stock. Several emails and 7 weeks later the cabinet arrived defective. Not damaged, defective. Customer service is all by email. They are placating and condescending. I asked to return the piece and they wanted me to hire a repair person to fix it and they would reimburse me. I refused. They do everything imaginable not to return furniture even if it’s defective. It was so surreal. I asked myself several times if this experience was real. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and after four months was able to return the cabinet. I am still out 400 from shipping charges. Google the furniture piece you want and buy from another vendor. This group is outrageously awful! I am posting my experience as much as possible so people know. This obviously is a pattern. Look at other negative reviews.

This site came at the recommendation of a close interior designer friend. I purchased a chandelier that I’ve been longing for for a while and they were one of the only ones to have it. The fixture was well packaged and the quality seems spot on.
