Great products , a bit of a wait for one item but delivery with quantum was great. Barringer and Alex were awesome with delivery and took our old table.

I recently purchased two pieces of artwork from France & Son. The selection was beautiful in person and the pieces arrived carefully wrapped and damage free. I did run into a small concern with my order, but what really stood out was how fairly and professionally the team handled it. They were responsive, understanding, and made sure everything was resolved in a way that felt thoughtful and customer focused. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and the support I received.

I would have liked to receive a call, text or email in the morning of when the benches would be delivered. I had reached out all 3 ways and didn't hear anything. The chairs showed up at 6 pm. Drivers were very nice with delivery and we understand their route was held up in Philly and they still needed to get to NC by the end of the night.

I liked the selection of products and that delivery included an option to purchase white glove service. The dresser did take quite a while to come in but once it did I felt the delivery went smoothly with quantum. Berenger & Alex delivered our piece quickly and efficiently.

Delivery team from Quantum was great. Unfortunately, parts were missing, France and Son will try and make it right.

UPDATE: I am amending my review to change it to 4 stars. We did eventually get all furniture as promised, and it was all in beautiful condition. While it was extremely frustrating at the time, and the communication from France & Son was not adequate given the delay, I do believe it was beyond their control, and the cost was MUCH less than comparable furniture elsewhere. If time is not an issue for you, I would recommend again. I am sad to say that I am beyond disappointed with this company. We ordered 8 dining room chairs back in JANUARY. We finally got a partial shipment of 5 of them delivered in June (after we had been promised they would come in by April or May). To be fair, the chairs are beautiful. We are still awaiting the last 3, which we were told would be delivered by June - they are now saying END OF SEPTEMBER after we wrote to complain. We are beyond patient as customers, but at this point I think they should not be allowed to make promises they have no intention of keeping. I have seen what a nightmare it is to go after them for refunds, but I think at this point we are going to have to make it legal. It is such a shame. They have good stuff for a good price, but they are either incompetent or fraudulent. I used to think the former, and now am leaning toward the latter. Wasted time.
