Zoe was so helpful. She has great communication skills. The sculpture piece that I ordered exceeded my expectations. It arrived within the week that I ordered. I will definitely do business again with France and Son! Thank you, Zoe!

I placed an order online with France & Son for a piece of furniture that sadly had been discontinued. Julia Picierro assisted me in not only apologizing and notifying me of the issue, but went to bat for me with the management team to obtain a full refund for me. Julia was quick to respond, very respectful, and understanding in our request to have the return fee waived. She is the perfect picture of customer service!

I highly recommend France and Sons! This was my first purchase from them. I had a wonderful experience working with Julia and Valeria! They were professional, knowledgeable, and generally cared about providing excellent service. They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. It was a pleasure working with them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to using their services again.

It was great to work with Augustina. She listened to my needs with the order and did the investigation and came back promptly with the response. She was very responsive on back and forth before I placed the order.
