Good quality product, CS so helpful and friendly

France and Son is either extremely disorganized or intentionally dishonest. I would not recommend it to anyone until they get their act together. I bought a chair from them because their site displayed a competitive lead time. That number was off by half of a year and I had to email them to get notice about delays. One time I got several responses back all with different ship times. My chair shipped two days after I went into the store and asked to cancel my order. (God bless the lovely sales associate who helped me. I can’t find her card, but I believe she was the closer on 6/5/2022.) My chair came with free shipping but two days before my delivery date I got a $200 “invoice” from the carrier. It said in huge letters “complete your purchase”. In small font below, “please pay this invoice to add White Glove service to your upcoming delivery.” Operative word here is “add.” This is not the user interface I would have chosen to present a customer with an optional service. The pandemic has made business hard and this could be a series of bad luck and honest mistakes but seeing the reviews from other customers makes me think it’s a pattern. Tricking customers is not a winning product strategy. PRO TIP: If you see a piece of furniture you like on France and Son, reverse image search it and you can find it elsewhere.

I ordered the figure chair and ottoman. Good customer service through the order process. and quick shipping. Love the design of the chair and it's actually somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately the fabric quality is pretty poor. It's bright white and marks from the cushion under neither the fabric shine through. I also received it with a few marks already on the fabric (shopping packaging wasn't great). I really wanted to love this chair and have considered returning. Unfortunately, return shipping is not included and I'm not sure it's worth the couple hundred to return the item. It'll likely be be a piece I look at more than actually use. 😕

I would like to say thank you, to france and son customer service team, because finally i can found my wife dream dressing table, also thanks for fast and satisfied respond from the customer service team. Next year i will buy another furniture here again, and suggest it to my friend too.

I purchased a leather sofa and it is my favorite piece of furniture. From the shopping experience to the product selection and delivery it is a complete amazing experience from France and son.
