My experience with this company has been such a disappointment. I purchase a pendant light but when it came i realized it the wrong color that was shipped. The order was made through the chat box and i was so stupid to have checked out as a guest so i did not have a copy of the conversation to say the error was actually made by them. Anyways i returned the wrong item weeks ago and still haven’t received the store credit and i’ve been going back and forth for like a month now with them via email. I will never do business with them again making a return has been a hassle it like rocket science with too many back and forth and requirements and the item i purchase was less than $500 it very ridiculous and i am sick and tired of emailing every other day. Their return policy is pretty ridiculous too when you return something you pay for shipping for both ways in order for you to get your refund and that was costing me close to $100 so i decided to get store credit instead because that was a lot of money and doing this you only pay the return shipping fee, so beware read the fine prints aka their return policy, It says free shipping on the site but you wont know until you read the policy. Long story short too much drama trying to get a refund. 3 weeks after they’ve received the return i’m still waiting for their accountant and btw i never got an email saying my return was received. Stay away!!

There were clear mistakes made and it took several months to resolved and even after several requests for a phone call to get things straight customer service would only contact me through email, which led to more mistakes. If I didnt enjoy your products and website so much I would have marked it lower. It's a bummer.

We had the worst experience of our retail lives. We ordered a product months and months ago. It kept getting delayed without even notifying us and then one day shows up on our doorstep. We were notified two days before it arrived that it had shipped and we called to say we didn't want this piece anymore, we had already found something else. The operators on the other line could not be more difficult and unhelpful in our attempt to return the piece without incurring any hefty costs. Now, we have the piece in our home, sitting in a box. A piece of advice: fix your communication with your customers, don't put products online that get pushed back months as it's deceptive and unethical, and clearly state what your return policies are as those too are deceptive. We won't be using this website ever again and nor will our friends and family after we share our experience.

We apologize for the delay. We have been having sourcing issues, and we do our best to notify customers with accurate delay and ETA information. In this case we feel that we provided accurate updates and provided you with a fair opportunity to cancel before the item shipped. The order was placed on February 2nd, and we notified you of the delayed June ETA the following day on Feb 3rd. You spoke to one of our representatives to discuss cancelling, but then you never confirmed the cancellation, so we kept the order open. The item was subsequently shipped and arrived in June according to the information that we previously provided. We would have stopped the shipment and issued a refund if a cancellation was confirmed before the order shipped, because we don't want our customers to get products that they no longer want. We are sorry that our service wasn't to your satisfaction, and we will try to find ways to improve going froward.
