Buyer Beware!!
I would not recommend this company to any person on Earth! They will not help, they will not listen. When and if you get your item, not their problem. I ordered an in stock item in March. I was told at order placement it would arrive in approximately four weeks. After five weeks and no update, I inquired. I was told it had left the distribution center and would arrive in four weeks. Again, five weeks go by, so I inquire again. The item should be shipping soon, I’m told. June, no order. July, still no order. I finally received my order in August. I have emailed this company so many times asking for an explanation. None. I finally spoke to a customer service manager who asked why I was so upset- that the item had just shipped. No apology. No excuse. Nothing. Given the price of most of the items from this company you’d think customer service would at least be average. Not at all.
