I ordered in March. You immediately charged my credit card. I was told delivery would be in April, then May. When May passed, I was given no communication about when I would receive my purchase. I called and was told July. I heard nothing towards the end of July. I emailed two weeks ago, and my order was finally delivered Aug 3rd. I was beginning to believe that your company was a scam, and was considering legal action.

I waited 3 months for my merchandise and when it finally got here it was damaged and not functional. I was very disappointed and would think that a company that moves the volume of furniture that you probably do would know how shipping company’s operate and you should have prepared the shipment better than you did. Yes the shipping company caused the damage to the merchandise but you failed to properly prepare the item for shipment. It should have been fully enclosed in a wooden crate to protect it from the carelessness of shipping companies. Now you have a unsatisfied customer. I hope you fix your shipping procedures as you move forward.

Furniture were well packed and protected from scratches when they arrived. Pretty happy with delivery.

Pro: the cheapest option for the side table I was looking for Con: price fluctuates daily and we received an email after ordering about how the side table was back stocked. There was no indication of lead time for the side table and I probably would have waited. I understand that there is a chat that you can utilize ASAP but did not realize that there would be a lead time required.Thankfully, the side table shipped a week or two afterwards even though the email stated September.

I have not yet received my furniture. Although it was "in stock" it took weeks to reach the warehouse, and has yet to deliver to me. Very little communication.

Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs! Dealing with France and Son has been a nightmare which I can't seem to escape. I placed a large order back in March and have attempted to cancel all items after realizing how disorganized and dishonest they are, this company is unethical, unprofessional, and borderline illegal. Attempting to contact the company is a joke and I've been told repeatedly I cannot speak to a manager. I have spent HOURS on the phone attempting to cancel orders and get refunded, I end all my calls with an agreement that someone will contact me and that has never happened. I was promised a refund on an order I had been attempting to cancel for weeks, signed a legal document agreeing to pay their restocking fee (which is a whole other scam) only to have them refuse the refund (which they also signed) the very next day. When I finally do get refunds it's weeks later and often wrong, I've had to challenge them multiple times. They have never once provided any sort of proof of shipment or location of items despite asking for it repeatedly. At this point, they appear to be refusing my refund and I'm forced to fight this legally, but for those doing their research- run far away. Zero transparency and shady business practices.
