I’ve been looking all over for a descent price for the Burberry weekend for women but mostly I wanted the vintage bottle so their website advertise that so I received the item in the mail a total different bottle if I knew they was gone send a different bottle I would have bought it from Mercari

I already wrote a review but I don’t know how to send it when I give it a title it didn’t go through anyway I ordered perfume from this group several weeks ago it was supposed to have been delivered by August 22 but I haven’t received it as yet. How do I go about getting a refund? Does anyone know?

I ordered three bottles of the Burberry London for men. Was really excited because of the rock-bottom price that they are selling it for, only to be disappointed after it arrived. The scent dissipates so quickly, even after basically dousing myself in it. The scent is basically nonexistent, with alcohol being the smell that is most prevalent. I still had some Burberry London, from a different vendor, and only a few sprays of that lasted all day. I am convinced that this site sells really old cologne and perfumes, which is how they can sell it for so cheap. If you don’t mind having to reapply numerous times a day, then by all means, buy away! However, if you are looking for something that lasts longer and isn’t older than God, I strongly suggest going to a different site. I have emailed the company repeatedly and still have yet to hear back from them. This company is a scam. Run away as fast as you can.

I ordered a perfume and never received it. Scu*my company.

Terrible service. Order online, Item was in stock the order confirmed then got an email to say dispatched. When had not arrived decided to track it which then said order not recognised. When I spoke to customer service via email said the order had been cancelled - no reason why this had been done and I had not received notification. I then asked if they could not re-order and send as still in stock they said no. Very unhelpful and rude and will not use this company again - have ordered elsewhere.

Guys and Ladys file a consumer protection complain to state of NJ or call them that's we're they have the license register . That is the best way .

This company sells old perfumes. I purchased over 500 dollars worth and upon opening and smelling the perfumes I noticed the lack of smell. I check the patch numbers and the newest one was 3 years and 8 month. I checked patch number and I was stunt over 10 years. This is why I was smelling alcohol only. I put a dispute and got my money back. Don’t be fooled into buying old genuine names if they have been manufactured 3 to 10 years ago because they lack the oils that give you the smell of the perfume, you only have alcohol in a bottle.
