FragranceShop.comReviews of fragranceshop.com

If you’re from Australia don’t buy any fragrance from here. I didn’t get any confirmation for my order through email nor a tracking number to see where it is at. It was nearly a week and I still hadn’t got any updates and also don’t let the prices fool you, cause it’s in US dollars on the top right corner of the website

It's been 2 weeks since my order and still no sign of my order. Last update from tracking was 6 days ago ! Not just misleading in prices but also slow in delivery plus the tracking is very bad. Wouldn't recommend anyone in Australia to deal with this company !! In fact it's better and the same price buying or ordering from the Chemist warehouse !!!

If you're buying from outside the US, two red flags with this site: (i) Checkout pricing is different to product listing (ii) Checkout pricing does not show currency Be careful of their misleading prices. In my case, their site advertises the pricing in AUD (AUD $68.31). At check-out, pricing is now $65.90 ($45.95 product + $19.95 shipping - red flag 1), and DOES NOT show currency (red flag 2). The total cost to me was AUD $108. That's AUD $43 more than advertised. I have screen shots to show this, so will add them to the Google Review also.

When i say WOW..i mean WOWWW! I ordered the Versace bright crystal absolute not only did i get it very quickly the pricing beats every other place i shopped for it!!! 5 stars all the way!! Thank you!!

I was nervous about buying an expensive bottle of cologne from here, based on the reviews on this site. But I went for it and I'm glad I did. I received an email confirmation the same day, and tracking information for the package the following day. The cologne arrived within a week, and it's exactly what I ordered (plus shipping via DHL was free!). I will definitely order from here again, they have great deals & their products are legit.

Don't buy from here! I ordered Bond 9 and package arrived damaged. Perfume bottle was completely shattered! Supposedly they were going to investigate and according to them because Fedex said package was intact they weren't going to do nothing. I couldn't put no star because to write a review you need to choose a star. This shop doesn't deserve one star neither. This was a Christmas present and had to buy it all over agin from another store after waisting so much money with them. I won't buy ever from here!

I ordered a roll on scent of Paloma Picasso to travel with. It arrived in 3 days, but It is not the same scent and is really awful. It didn't look like the product online and the label on the bottle said Paloma Picasso (Her Type) which indicates to me that it was a knock-off. I've just written to find out how to return it and get my money back.

I bought a bottle of Jessica McClintoc perfume. When I used it my sister commented what is that strong aftershave smell? I didn't realize it at first so I tested it and sure enough it was AWFUL! So old that the scent was GONE and the stink remained. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!
