Above and beyond service at Plymouth
Well the Plymouth store at least is absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

refused to stand by their product
I bought 4 bottles of Amarige by Givenchy from fragranceshop.com on Dec.12 and my wife opened one in late January. It is bad, first time any Amarige has ever been bad in all my years of buying it for my wife. I contacted fragranceshop.com and they said that I had to eat the opened bottle since it was beyond the 30 days. They said that I could send the others back if I paid the shipping. They masked not standing behind their merchandise with the 30 day period, then me pay shipping?, not a reputable company in my humble opinion.
