I enjoyed the fact that the fragrance I love Dolce & Gabbana which is usually very expensive was a lot cheaper on this website. However, the fragrance doesn't last even for three hours while I'm used to it lasting practically all day. They also had the fragrance in type oil which I thought was interesting so I purchased that as well, knowing that oils last even longer than parfum. I was wrong. The oil doesn't last long either. So I guess I got what I paid for. Watered down fragrances. So Disappointed.

Don’t know about international shipping might be a customs / clearing problem?!?
I ordered inside the US and have to say amazing products, unbeatable prices and super fast shipping if I keep in consideration that my order was shipped from NJ to CA

I wish I read the reviews of this…
I wish I read the reviews of this company. My order is just sitting saying it's ready for pickup 8 days ago. Will never order from here again.

They send me open bottle with quarter…
They send me open bottle with quarter of the cologne missing.
When I contacted them with pictures, they offered me $15.
What a joke and scam!!!!
To clarify: cologne came without plastic on the box. It was clearly open and used before shipping.
Response from FragranceShop.comSep 25, 2025
To clarify, we did not ship an open bottle. When you contacted us regarding the bottle appearing slightly empty, we requested photos, but you mentioned the packaging had already been discarded.
At that point, we offered you a $15 partial refund if you wished to keep the item, and also reminded you that under our return policy you had 30 days to return the product for a full refund. Instead of pursuing either option, your reply was inappropriate, which we will not share here out of respect for your privacy.

Weird practices from this company
Weird practices from this company. If you are overseas try trustworthy outlets like Fragrancenet, Noseparis, FragranceX - This company will list a fragrance in stock, then when you buy they send you a templated email saying it’s no longer in stock and refund you, then RELIST immediately again….You buy again and it’s the same cycle all over.
Response from FragranceShop.comSep 24, 2025
Every retailer can occasionally run out of products due to high demand. However, we do not intentionally relist items immediately after sending an out-of-stock notice. Our inventory is updated every few hours, so it’s possible you visited the site shortly after receiving the email, before the inventory had refreshed. We assure you this is not done on purpose, and we regret any frustration this caused.

Do not trust FragranceShop!
Don't buy from here if you live overseas! I bought a very expensive perfume for my daughter's birthday. The nozzle didn't work and we were told we could get a refund. We were unable to return it due to Australian laws as it is perfume and therefore flammable. We have been asking what to do for months and have had no response. It is a lot of money for FragranceShop to have taken from us.

Not Worth the Risk
You know what they say – “if it seems too good to be true then there’s most likely a catch”. Oh, how I wish I had followed this principle with fragranceshop.com
I must say - the prices they offer are great and from my understanding the fragrances are legit and not counterfeit or fake. But it’s their method of delivery that’s likely to result in you getting nothing for your money.
Based in the US, fragranceshop.com contract DHL for their order delivery who subcontract this to a 3rd party carrier. In Australia that seems to be DAI Post.
What fragranceshop.com doesn’t disclose is they go for the cheapest possible delivery cost and to do so, their delivery instructions are fixed as ‘no signature required’. This is not disclosed on their order form nor is there any way for you to include any instructions of your own with your order.
Well, that’s not a big deal you might be thinking, the carrier will at least live up to the promises they publish on their website “we provide hand to hand delivery so even if the instructions are ‘no signature is required’, we won’t leave a package if it is exposed and at risk.”
Well, that promise is worthless because they will simply leave the package (regardless of its value) at your front door in full view, take a photograph of it and jump in their van and drive off.
So, if the package gets stolen, they simply point the finger at fragranceshop.com who in turn points the finger at them. And guess what?? – under Australian consumer law there is nothing you can do. Unless you have written proof you gave instructions to the retailer that the package must not be left without a signature.
Without this there is no ‘breach of contract’. Furthermore, the carrier is off the hook because their contract/agreement is with the retailer, not you. So, unless the retailer takes them to task it’s a big win for the porch bandits and you can kiss your money and whatever you purchased goodbye.

Purchasing from Australia, avoid!
Purchasing from Australia, it has almost been 1 month and not only haven't received my order. But haven't received any order confirmation or email about the order. Terrible, please avoid!
