As of today the company hasn’t acknowledged the fact that I have emailed them in search of my order information it’s the poorest Costomer service I’ve had in my time collecting fragrances I mean just an email for acknowledgment how poor is that made small order nothing difficult at all should have been easy to do but evidently not I have used in the past with no problems but now it’s just off putting I hope that if anyone else uses them they have better luck than I I plan on suspending my business with them as I choose to not do business with a company with no costomer service

I try to make an order during a week via paypal but each time it does not go through because of technical problems. I have written to customer service regarding this problem about 4-5 times but no reply i got. Very bad service!

Great customer support, product quality is amazing

I don't have a single complaint as fast as the cologne that I purchased goes. And when I finally did receive my order it was packaged properly 5 stars no doubt . Now the shipping time much different I tend to avoid companies that ship with DHL . I have had problems with there slow very slow service I don't know what it is but they have taken much longer than UPS or FED EX when receiving orders shipped through them . Next order I will avoid using them.

I place the order through the website, and they send me an email saying that they cannot accept payment with the credit card, to please make the payment by wire transfer or paypal, I make the transfer and they have not responded to the email for a week

THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES!! Be aware this company is suck they sent you a fake order number and later marked it as delivered which is a lie. Don't buy from those stealer. You've been warned!!

The perfumes are authentic, fresh and are priced well. I also like the selection of some hard to find fragrances offered. I've had an overall good experience with Fragranceshop and will continue to purchase from their online boutique.
